I’m having the same problem. Motor keeps cutting out and got no reply from zinc. But I can’t take my bike back as I’ve had it since June, so 8 months ish so I’m fucked 😢

i think you may need to check your peddal assist sensor i repaired one that had got a stick between them and snapped the sensor was a 4 pound fix

It was brand new nothing is spoused to be wrong with it so i gave it bk
