Thought I was the only one with this issue, I felt sad for so long.
I’ve lost 50 pounds since reducing and stopping prednisone. I’m at the lowest weight I’ve been since puberty but I still have more fat redistributed to my stomach (so I’m a lot smaller but I still have a belly). Exercise is important but please know that it can take up to a year before your body is back to “normal” after stopping prednisone. Stay healthy and love yourself no matter your size❤️ Great video!

My stomach puffed up a lot after only taking it a week! Took the last dose today! Never had a large belly in my life!
A year… I thought it was like months… I only gained 20 pounds you can’t tell I do have a moon face which I just am wagered for it to go away starting next week got to do face yoga or some the other weight can dip on it’s on
Darn😭 I gained 27 pounds and I've been petite and tiny my whole life. I'm 5'3 in height and the most I've ever weighed was 115 pounds, the lowest I've weighed was 96 pounds . NOW I'm 137 pounds!!!😩
I was only on 5mg for 30 days, only my STOMACH puffed out, I didn't even eat bad, I only ate one meal a day of basically Vegetables, literally NO SUGAR
But my last pill was last Wednesday...the changes I've noticed is my face did get fatter (which I like because it filled in the little smile lines I started to get🥴) and my stomach has upper belly fat/or fullness now, I NEVER had upper belly fat I want to faint 🙍♀️
can i do this WHILE STILL on prednisone?

I admire all of you who get to stop taking prednisone. I have to take it as long as who knows. How can you lose weight when you're basically taking prednisone for life?
Same here, have urticaria skin condition, and prednisone is only thing that gets rid of my hives. I've put on so much weight

@@mikeysfishingfuntime5070 My specialists has me on mega doses of antihistimine and I also needed monthly shots of Xolair. Are you working with an allergy/immunology specialist? I was able to slowly get off Prednisone in this way.
Do you have to wait until the cycle is done? I’m active daily but i got an injection yesterday and am starting a cycle tomorrow.
How many diets(vegetable and fruit ) are use to reduce the weight during use of prednsolone i.e moon face and abdominal fats
