Here in the northern part of the country, where we generally have a mild winter, they should be good outside. I'll constantly keep an eye on the weather, and if low temperatures are expected I might take them inside during the night.
Goodday reader. I've got my thorn tree seeds between pieces of toilet paper. I keep it damp. Is this correct to keep them damp and not standing in to much water(drowning? ) I will plant them in soil as soon as they germinate. Beforehand, I've e put them in boiled water overnight. Any alterations? Cobus🐳
Hi Cobus, I have mot tried this method with the accacia seeds, but in theory, that method should work. Make sure to keep the paper moist the entire time. Once they germinate and the small tap root pops out, you can put in soil, and it should be successful. Keep me updated, would love to know if it works. Cheers
Great explanation of the process. Looking forward to the see the results. Keep it up👍🏼
Very good job
Awesome Video!
Those little stunted ones make the best shohin trees. With those trees being so young, will you be taking them inside this winter?

Hi , where did you obtain the seeds?
What soil do you recommend when growing from seed?
Howsit Dylan, any soil that drains well will work
How much sun do they need after they have settled into the grow bags?
They will be able to tolerate a good amount of sun. I would suggest 3-5 hours of direct sunlight and then semi sun the rest of the day.
