i installed the Lasfit Pro on my 2014 Jetta SE, they look nice !! after the 2nd day one of them ( passenger side) got on fire.. YES !!! on fckn fire !! its winter in NY and had my windows closed.. then short circuit smell and smoke was comming in the cabin.. had to stop on the expressway and lift up the hood then i see smoke coming out of the headlight socket !! i quickly disconnected and put one of the oroginal Halogens buld.. and it looks great !!! with one LED on drivera side and Halogen on passenger !! im goint to keep it this way !! LED is brighter but doesnt reach far away.. halogen does !!. was planning to return it, but.. i like it.. looks different !! be careful !! the Lasfit pro H7 cooling fan gets on fire !!!
Hi I own a 2012 VW CC 2.0t Sport if I buy some light bulbs are they going to come upgraded so for the dusk cap to fit perfectly since they have a fan on the back
I just purchased some dekeyLED branded LED bulbs, but they come with extra wiring and a balast for both the high beam and even the low beam has a small balast. I dont want to modify my dust caps and would like to re use them but im having a hard time doing that with these balasts/wiring in the way. Anyone on here own both and can compare the dekeyLED high/lowbeam bulbs vs the Lasfit bulbs? might end up going with these for the fact that it looks like your able to reuse the dust covers without modifying it

I just ordered Pro Series LASFIT H7 for 2102 VW Jetta, which I notice has a black "neck" in front of the adaptor. However, the one's you installed in this video were silver metal all the way from fan to tip. What is the difference? Which has more light and better beam pattern?
Second, I noticed you don't have these listed for high beams in the Jetta mk6. Why is is this since bot positions take H7 bulbs as standard?

1.The silvera metal adapter is the universal adapter, which was hard to lock in the headlight housing with LED bulb according to other customers' feedback. So, we re-designed new H7 LED bulbs with a adapter. The one you bought is upgraded LED bulb, which has more light and better beam pattern.
2.The high beam and low beam are the same bulb for 2018 Jetta.
Really keen to fit these to my VW Tiguan 2012. Will they generate an error code as I am in the uk and do not want to have to return them. Thanks.

Hi, for 2012 Jetta, the sedan and wagon are different high beam bulb size. The sedan is H7, the wagon is H15. What's the year of your Jetta? Is it sedan or wagon? Hello, I just installed the MB1s in my 2017 Jetta GLI. I did the low beams and the high beams. I checked my lights to make sure they were working and they were. Went to start the car and it doesn"t turn over. Just clicks. Any ideas? Blown Fuse? The battery is brand new too. Any advice would be great, thanks!
if you just replaced the battery it could be a bad battery or maybe battery is low charge. if battery is good it might be the starter however my 2013 jetta has the original starter with no issues
Is it okay if I leave the dust cover in place? Because without it condensation would go in it and dust and everything. Or do you have a better solution for air flow cooling
It's ok to leave the dust cover for better heat dissipation. Yes, but the condensation or dust would go in it.
Some customers have drilled some small holes on the dust cover for air flow cooling.

Did you put cover back on? If so how long before bulbs died?
I have aftermarket LED bulbs in my Toyota so I know that they get hot, probably better to leave the cap off for airflow.

Hi, for 2011-2018 Jetta, the low beam are the same bulb size, so these LED low beam bulbs will fit your 2012 Jetta. Because the turn signal light bulb size of 2012 is different from 2015-2018 Jetta, so our wensite says 2015-2018. Hi, I just installed the Pro-Mb1 for my 16 vw jetta gli and I am getting a dash error light.
When you only turn on the low beams, the error code displays on the dash, right? Did you change other lights to LEDs
I know another company offers an inline adapter for the dash error light issue. Can't think of which one though.

Hi, did you install after-market headlight assemblies? If your headlights are still OEM, you can replace the stock halogen bulbs with Lasfit LED bulbs.
@@lasfitvehiclelife it's not OEM. It's my day lights. I tried putting a new bulb in that didn't work. I was told when the daylights go out a whole new headlight is needed. Is that true?
