Ever since I first came across your videos (trying to figure out where I went wrong on my cake pops) I have been in heaven! As a person with severe anxiety I have a hard time doing anything creative. But, your videos really help calm my nerves. There's no condescension, no 'you guys should already know this', and you break it down in such a way that I feel comfortable trying out the techniques in that days video. Thank you so much for all that you and your team do! I love the first and last techniques. Have a great day!
Wow, thank you so much! First, I’m beyond flattered that you think I have a team… No, it’s just me filming, scripting and editing every single video! My goal is to share my passion for cake decorating and teach/help as many people as I can who truly want to learn and improve their skills. I’m so glad that my videos have supported your creative endeavors. Keep going! 💕
@@AsiaCoffee it took everything I had not to run into the kitchen and grab the icing and tips I have and start practicing 🤣 but, company is coming. I'll save it for the next time my son and I bake and even if the desert doesn't require piping, its getting piped 🤣! You're doing a fantastic job on your own! I'm super impressed!
@@ferdinandlategan-wv9me Lettering should be piped directly onto a cake, but you could technically freeze the lettering that’s been piped onto parchment paper then carefully transfer it to your cake. It would work much better if the lettering is thicker and not as delicate. Thanks for watching and commenting!
I’ve watched a couple of your videos to learn more on how to do stuff before I start making cakes and your videos are very detailed than videos I’ve seen thank you so much for making these videos 😊😊
I’m so glad you find my videos helpful! I try to put as much detail into them as possible because it’s important to me that everyone learns what they need/want to learn from my channel. You won’t catch me dancing or being “extra”; no long intro and straight to the point. 😂 Thanks for watching! 💕
In this video, the parchment paper is used as a practice surface. Ideally you would want to pipe words directly onto the cake. If you don’t feel comfortable doing that just yet, you can freeze the lettering on the parchment for a couple of hours then carefully transfer it to your cake. Thanks for watching!
Good for you! I’ve stopped taking a lot of orders because people just want what they want most of the time. They seem not to really care about your creativity unfortunately…. Thanks for watching!
I’m pretty sure I just used some Wilton icing for this video. If you’re making your own icing, I would highly recommend American buttercream or Swiss meringue buttercream for writing. Make sure the icing has a thin (not watery) consistency! I have both recipes in this playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PLn2FGuV5N8GyICyE5LhkE0vv078ltf0YD.html.
Not quite ready to write with icing? Get wording onto your cake or cupcakes using these alternatives instead: ua-cam.com/video/hpgnL0QHUYU/v-deo.html!

The cursive and stars are beautiful
I love the cursive drop ❤
I think the last one with the stars writting is very cool!
That one is seems to be the favorite so far! 🤩
@@AsiaCoffee yes!
This video is so helpful! I really like the additional camera angle that allows you to see how the icing falls from a side view!
That was my goal with the second camera angle, so I’m glad to hear that it was helpful! Thanks for watching 💕
I liked the star style! ❤️
That one is a bit tedious, but is super beginner-friendly because you have the most control over where the icing goes. Thanks for watching! 💕
@@AsiaCoffee I’m patient lol
Same!!😊
I never thought about using the "basket weave" tip for letters ... I will have to try that!
Come back and let us know how it worked out for you! Thanks for watching 💕
How do you transfer to the cake? Or is this as it should be done directly onto cake?

Again another wonderful video!!! This came at a perfect time again!!! I need this for the next 2 partys :)
Fantastic! 💕 Best of luck on your upcoming parties!!!
This is the best tutorial I've come across so far. Showing the angles is a big help. Thanks!
I’m so glad that the extra angles were helpful to you. Thanks for watching!
This video is exactly what I needed! Thank you
I’m so glad you found it! Thanks for watching 💕
I like brush cursive, but I'd probably print out a cute font to try... I'm into hand lettering
Great idea! 💕
Supper dear❤❤
Thanks
How do u get it from the paper to the cake x

Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching 💕
I usually use Italian meringue buttercream. Can I use this buttercream to write?
Yes, you can! Thanks for watching 😉
I use number 3 tip.i used to write with number 4 and some customers still complain I like to be creative in what I do

COOL G RAPP, all of them
How to make the perfect piping icing or forsting?
