You can release and activate more catechins (EGCG etc) from tea (green/white) by adding some fresh lemon juice to the freshly brewed tea. I buy 5 or 6 lemons squeeze out the juice and place it in individual ice cube trays. When I brew my tea I add an ice cube of lemon juice to my tea.

Tomatoes from the can are very harmful. The acid in tomatoes causes the aluminum to leach into the tomatoes, which is very bad for you. Also, most cans are lined with a chemical called bisphenol A (bpa) which is a hormone disruptor. You're better off buying tomato products in a glass bottle or the boxed tomato products

Hi, maybe because tomatoes are belonging to the so called nightshade vegtables? Think that there is a reason why Doc Li adviced to consume tomatoes preferably warm. What I know from my aunt who has cancer, her results are great after she started to consume double quantities vegtables, mostly greens, everyday a kiwi and other fruit, taking Curcumine Extra Forte capsules daily, banned out processed food and artificial sugars etc. The oncologists are amazed by the results, she is 85 years now and battles already 7 years with this cancer, she is very positive person and takes a walk outside daily.

Does the Vita D button mushroom trick require direct sun, without glass? Or will it work through glass? My understanding is that skin cancer is more likely if sun exposure is through the glass, because it lets UV through, but keeps out the healing wavelengths such as far infrared (which helps mitochondria and cellular production of melatonin, is anti-inflammatory, and cancer protective). In other words, I know sometimes glass is a factor in the benefits of sunlight. Mushrooms often prefer shade where they get more infrared (which penetrates leaves and clothing) than UV, to grow. I'm not a biologist, but my high school career counselor thought I should be one... But I like to design experiments, not watch mushrooms growing.

I read that tomato seeds are an inflammatory. Also read you should cook them with basil to reduce acidity.

Tomato thickens blood (not sure cooking makes a difference). If you have thin blood (type O) not so bad. Pineapple guava has more lycopene than tomato. As a blood type minority, I always want to know that the studies considered my blood type B immune response to food, because it does make a difference.

Make sure take k2 while you take d3…to protect your heart. Also get D3 plant based supplements…they usually sell D3 + K2 in a capsule

You need to also take K2 for your heart as D3 can calcify it. Take the Sports Research(SR) plant based D3 + K2 vitamin. The 5000 to 10000 IU every few days is all that is needed.

Generally 5,000 IU x day are enough. From natural source of reputable brand name. To get it every day it's important because our body has difficulty in storing any kind of vit D.
