What makes me happy? Happiness is helping another become happy as well. Making someone smile and feel the happiness inside what the other person is feeling. That, to me, is ecstatic.
Absorb the smile of the people around...look at how Filipino children find joy even in simple games especially in the remote places where they are not holding gadgets!

I didn't like the house where they do the board jumping in Sugba Lagoon. Too crowded. But taking the boat there was spectacular the mountains and mangroves it was like being in Jurassic park. Wish the had a boat cruise instead of that house.

Thailand and the Philippines are beautiful country..but the people of the Philippines is much more kind than any race..for me I realized that the most important thing in traveling is not the place but the people itself..

Hello Travel Beans. What makes me happy is having loved ones with me, having friends around me and most especially God beside me, along with my journey in life. Just appreciate every little things and enjoy every moment but give time to reflect afterwards and give thanks to God. You'll see how your life will just naturally be uplifted. This is the reason behind the song my way. I'm a Filipino and we love that song. That we have a tell tale that. Once that you sing that song someone will shut you down and pick up the microphone he will tell you that you didn't sing it good enough. Because every time that there is a karaoke you will always hear the song my way. hahahaha I like you guys keep it up.
Happiness is a state of mind. The person decides if he/she is happy or not. One thing that can be associated with happiness is contentment. People who are contented in life basically feel happier than people who are not contented in life. In a way, the poor people who are contented in life feel happier than the rich people who wants more and hence can't be happy until they get what they want.

Volunteering and helping people and animals make us feel very good. Happiness is a very complex thing though and often misstaken for pleasure or enjoyment. Happiness comes from within and not from outside sources. Being in peace with yourself is happiness. Anything else is temporary. If one gets a nice feeling from having a laugh with a friend, or cuddling a dog, that's just joy, which is temporary. Anyway...complex subject. 💛💛💛 Keep up the good work!!
