Please consider tweaking the video to show EXACTLY where the power supply is on the “back of unit”. It’s hidden at bottom under what looks like a handle. Also, how the inner “bowl” must be initially positioned to pour litter into it. Had to watch several vids to figure it out. (Hole should not be positioned at bottom because litter will just fall down into lower box).
Agreed! It took me at least 15 minutes to find where the plug was supposed to go on the robot! Granted this video helped, but the printed instructions were terrible. Also Agreed about what position it should be when filling with litter. I had to guess. Also, I found it extremely frustrating that they don't tell you to scan the QR code until after it is filled with litter! Was crazy to get back there and scan in the dark after filling it up.
Just received mine today. Video states that the unit comes with the fence attatched. Mine was just laying on the bottom of the robot. I have no guide as to where it is to be attached.
The service is realy bad. I ordered the robot and writhing 24 hours I contacted them saying I forgot to add the extended warranty to the order. They then said that’s too bad we have to upcharge you for that. So get this the robot was in shipping. And because of this instead off paying the normal €100 I had to pay €145. I didn’t even receive the damn thing and that didn’t matter I still needed to pay €45 more. That’s just criminal behavior that’s stealing.
When i plug it in no white light turns on and the Wi-Fi does not give the flashing yellow light it just give the yellow ribbon mode, i don’t know what i need to do
I do not see the same screen you show when booting up the app. Mine is pretty much a mirror of your mobile site and I don't see a way of connecting to the box. The box is great. The app sucks.

How can I talk to someone about this app? I’m monitoring 2 boxes…in different houses. I should be able to assign cats to each box. I have 1 cat, there are 3 at the other house. Is there a way to do this? I have profiles set up for each box. Why can’t I assign a different cat to each box??
Video is good but the app needs some work. If the Bluetooth does not connect it requires you to re-scan the barcode for each re-try. There is no reason you should ever have to do this more than once. I can't get to the back and the drawer area is too light and the box is downstairs. Not impressing me.

Please add a updated video that matches the current app, there is no longer a "+" icon to connect and when you navigate to account and select "my robots" it says "there are no robots associated with your account" with no option to add one.
@@Stormcrownn If it helps, we tried my girlfriends phone and she had the same issue but then i uninstalled and reinstalled the app and after it opened like an entirely different program and looked like the app you see in the video. I think the issue is caused if you register the account through the app when you download it for the first time, it moves the newly created account directly to the webstore app.

Just received mine litter-robot 4 and there's like a heavy round weight hanging down on the inside behind the rubber diaphragm?!?! What heck happened in shipping and how do I fix this??? My box was pretty beat up and there was virtually no packing on the inside, so this isn't a surprise. I was really looking forward to this, disappointing to say the least.

you will need to buy a new one every couple of years. They are not reliable for long. I have to mess with mine every day to get it to work. It takes up so much of my time just to get the globe to do anything other than sit there half turned. Today I have had enough, its in the garbage and I am happy to return to scooping so I don't have to spend so much time fking with it.

Not exactly happy with it right now. I just removed it from the box and got it all set up like the instructions says to do. And it's stuck on the solid yellow or the flashing yellow without doing anything with it. It's not spinning, it's not connecting to the app. I can only turn it on or off and push buttons which will only change what type of yellow I'm getting.

Make sure your Wi-Fi isn't hidden. My husband had to make ours visible so that I could connect them. Once they are connected, you can hide your network again and the bots will stay connected.

We tend to find the best results from an unscented, standard-weight clay clumping litter. However, Litter beads and crystals that are small enough to pass through the screen will also work.

I need one that wipes the cats' butt, too. What if the cat starts pressing the buttons? Shouldn't the control panel on the unit have a protective cover?

Why is it that nowhere on your website does it show your contact info? No phone number. No address. On the returns page, the customer gives all their private info, not the company. How does the customer know they can safely return something or know these are not fake reviews? Like that laser pen that supposedly absorbs color. They had real videos and reviews. But it turned out to be a scam and nobody received their order.

The power socket is on the back all the way on the bottom inside what looks like a handle. It's hard to see on the black model without a flashlight.

I had to clear all storage data/cache and force close the app, and enabled all permissions. by default android had all permissions denied.
