never comment under any youtube videos. this video actually saved my asss and helped me to understand my coursework. thank you so much!!! Love from England
This is really helpful, the way you have disseminated the three parts specially. Actually I have missed this lecture, but now I understood better than what I could have understood via lecture
Dr.KC2010, I have a question ( what’s the difference between performance and judgment "logic") ( what’s the difference between imagery and feeling, since both are considered "emotional")
Brand salience- (salient- it matters) okay now this brand is relevant to us and we know that it is out there Performance- there is 2 things that needs to happen: the brand needs to perform and we also need to develop and to communicate and deliver to the customer a certain type of brand imagery. So there is need to have a performance and imagery Judgement and feelings- once again it has 2 steps: customer is having judgements, and thinking about well how does this product perform, what is this brand about, what do i think about this brand? What does it mean? And also developing feelings around that Brand resonance- when something resonates with us.. we connect with it with a different level. When a brand resonates with a customer- they will continue to incorporate that product with their daily life.
This is really helpful - thank you for posting! Made more sense in one video than my university lecturer has made all semester!
