Woooow !! GREAT TEST and EXCELLENT presentation !!
    👍👍👍👍👍
    Thank You so much !!
    QUESTION :
I am choosing between the Ultra and the Legend and I am concerned about the claims that "You" need a multi-frequency detector if detecting in salt water or salty sand-beaches.
I live by the mediterrainian sea that is indeed very salty.
Is there any one who has experience of these 2 machines in these conditions ?
I vould be happy for any help or advice !
Keep up the good woork !
    BEST REGARDS !
    Per Lovgren 😂

Hello from Greece, I am a Vanquish 540 owner but I want a waterproof metal detector for salt underwater detection. I cannot afford to buy simultaneous multi frequency metal detector like Legend or Equinox and my budget is 300 euros. So, if I buy waterproof detector I think it has to be single frequency. My main purpose is gold jewelry (rings, chains, bracelets etc.) dropped into the sea. I will not sell Vanquish. What is your suggestion in order to be effective and not chatty because of the problems with single frequency in the wet sand and in salty water. I am looking forward for your answer.

Hello, I would highly recommend that you look for a used multi frequency machine for those purposes your other option is to look for a used pulse induction machine for your intended purpose. A multi frequency, machine, or the pulse induction. Technology will provide you with the stability that you need to find the treasures that you seek in that salt water environment. If you spend a little bit more if you can afford it, you will find a little bit more and have less issues then if you were to invest your money in a single frequency detector.

@@Diggin4LifeMetalDetecting Minelab X Terra Pro can do the job. It's a single frequency machine but quite as a mouse in the salt water. This is the most stable singele frequency machine for salt water on the market.
