I used mine for the first time yesterday and with the muffs on and other shooters at the range “ the ping “ everyone refers to is near to non existent…works great

that view from the side was great, you could barely see a small spark, i installed mine and whenever i load a Pmag, and or manipulate the charging handle it rings, just gotta shoot it

Why would you pay someone $20 to install a flash hider. Only pinging I here is the echo coming from the walls.

In practical terms, what is the actual downside of a ringing flash-hider? Honestly it seems like a nitpick to me. If it hides flash well and is lightweight and durable, that should be all that matters.

Why do you call it Strike Hard or Strike Art Industries ? I've never heard Strike Industries called that before.

You are hearing the echo from being indoors. I shoot at an indoor range and my mil spec flash hider sounds exactly the same.

You would need to time a muzzle brake…this is simply a flash hider…4 prongs all of equal size and slits of equal size and length…there is no timing needed …I just make sure I have two sits above and below and two to the side…

Almost all prong designs ping. My jp and smith vortex does the same thing.

Actually, you can beat paying somebody $20.00 to install a flash hider ... you could install it yourself for free !
