    Has almost given us with this stitch because of the gap at the end of the row until I found your tutorial. No more gaps. Thank you so much you explain and show how to do the stitch really well. Making a baby blanket. Thanks again

    Love your teaching style- thanks for slowing down! Also, your modification is KEY. I can't tell you how frustrated I was with the traditional star stitch giving me a wonky edge.

    Interesting. So you go through the front loop. Everything over seen goes through both.

      You can definitely do either. I think this helps to create a more definite "right" and "wrong" side to the fabric but either way works and is beautiful.
