Awesome video. Thank you for sharing this. I'm in NY and just bought my first two small ice plants. Fingers crossed they stay with me through the winter.
@GaryGragg'sTruePlantStories So it appears there are serval varieties of the Lampranthus. Which is the specific one show at 3:31 mins? Its s short bush but packed with flowers. I've seen the purple ground cover type of Lampranthus but it does look like the short bush one. Can you tell me where I can purchase the short bush one?
I always thought that your garden designs were ‘killer’. Now I know that they can be literal killers. ~ Guys like you and me often have to remind ourselves to keep our eyes on the road and not on those pretty plants that we are passing by !
Beautiful! What a fun video! Thanks for sharing your knowledge and beautiful plants! I hope mine are beautiful like yours!

So beautiful! I have red ones but their blooms are becoming less dense. How far apart are these supposed to be planted?
Will it survive the tropics?
I would think it may rot if confronted by too much humidity and heat coupled together.

Delosperma cooperi has a very similar flower and flowers in UK from June to October.
