It hurts to see people take a swipe at Pauly in the comments sections sometimes, they clearly don't see this part of him. He gives him time, his effort and his body for these horses because he loves them, and we love him for it ❤
The only bad comments I saw was when he hit a horse because he lost his temper.
@@Krookavanno there have been lots ive seen and l get so annoyed because he truly cares about each one of them but has to be strong in handling them to get his job done..
You can truly see the love he has for them babies.

So heartwarming and sad at the same time when she looked at Paulie like that knowing he was taking away her pain. God BLESS you Paulie and your family always and forever for being the kind hand to his gift of Earth Angels. If only others blinders fell to their feet so they could see as we see!!!

Pauli is the best farrier in WI ! He knows what he’s doing, cares about the horses and makes me laugh !! So I could care less what others have to say if it’s negative - clearly they have no idea what they are talking about or anything about horses because Pauly is just awesome!!!! ❤️🐴

Pauly has a heart of gold.
By far one of the most experienced and skilled farriers. The majority of farriers do not experience such complex cases on such a regular basis. Also having the patience and empathy these horses need. You have to have a little bit of a humour in life to be able to get through it as it can be a very dark place at times. I wish we had a Pauly in the UK he could bring so much good. Thank you for doing what you do. X

Paulie. After watching the results of cruelty and ignorance, you give me hope for humanity. I know there are lots of good people out there, but sometimes, you have to wonder. Thank you so much for what you do.
PS: I can honestly say, if it ever became necessary (it won't), Pony Tales is the only place I would want my mare to go. I say it won't become necessary, because arrangements have already been made, and are reviewed regularly. She's been with me 22 years, and there's no possible way I would not have her taken cars of if I go first.

Yay another new subscriber. Please go back as you have the time and watch as many past episodes as you can. The more you learn about this amazing rescue the more you will be amazed at this group of people. I found them because I subscribed to Horse Plus Humane Society (also a great rescue) I remember when Horse Plus sponsored Pony Tales with a grant and if I remember correctly that went to build more barn. I watch these two rescues religiously. I donate when I can and I urge us all who come here to watch to donate every couple of weeks even it its only five or ten dollars.

I'm beginning to think a horse sling needs to be on wish list. It could carry some weight for these horses without taking them completely off the ground. It might save Paulie's back too.
YES YES YES! that is a fabulous idea! I am not good at organizing people online, so will someone who loves these horses and loves Pauly get a fundraiser going to get a sling, I don't know about them, would it be used in the vet stocks? I am going to try to do some research. All of us fans of Pony Tales can get it done....can't we??
@@claudiadickerman4218 I've seen them used on several videos done by a rescue organization in Houston, Texas. Wide padded nylon straps around the body, across the chest and behind the hips then these are hooked into a series of ropes, cables or chains attached to pulleys that are tightened enough to hold the animal's weight. Often for severely starved animal's that can't stand by themselves due to lack of strength. Definitely would help in this situation!!!
Pauly, I want to thank you for all you do for these horses. I pray for you each time your attempting a difficult situation that the Lord will not allow you to get hurt trying to get these God's creatures out of hurting!
I was crying, Pauly was crying, that poor horse you could tell that she was sad for hurting Pauly what a sweet horse, what is wrong with people.

I'm crying my eyes out. She looked at polly like he was her best friend. It amazing how horses know you are trying to help them. The more I watch him interact with them I see he truly loves them and wants to help them.
It’s so hard to watch - the pure suffering of Prada. And Pauly‘s dedication to help these horses. His work is so important for the health of the horses. I am crying along!

For her to be so loving and kind on top of it, somehow makes it even more heartbreaking. Animals are just so .... better than most people. Praise God for Pauly and all the folks at Pony Tales for doing all they can to help.

@@donnastanley9969 Oh that is a cute idea, but I was thinking we need to buy him a hot tub to soak his poor body in after his days of scary and very physical work. Every time he works on those big drafts, I can hardly watch I am worried about him getting seriously hurt.

That's why a good farrier needs all the respect you can give them. In a rescue situation they are at risk. Clearly he was holding that horse up. Butbhe made a very interesting comment that rang loud bells in my horse also a rescue with poor muscel definition on her glutes running down her hinds. She was starved when I got her I have spent years

Convinced it was related to poor muscel formation. She is 22 now 23 next year. I have ridden her she us a fab ride was unschool but she's a quick learner. She is now resting again because I am about to have a new hip.
So can I expect with very focus excersizes this beautiful girl with get the butt she deserves???

Look how she was leaning on Pauly then went up to him to say sorry with a nose boop..Pauly was close to tears then..and so are we all watching..that sign written on her is just disgusting..yeah they broke her..but Pony Tales and Pauly will mend her !!
Sorry ran out of space. 5 years rebuilding her she looks fab now. She has a sunken anus but was told that was common in exracers broodmare. So I accepted that but I was convinced recedding
It breaks my heart to see these beautiful creatures God has created so neglected. People if you can't take care of them don't buy them because they can suffer a lifetime of problems. 😢

We all want horses who have been “brought along” in practice and training!!!
