I actually read somewhere that old Disney cartoons the reason Donald duck was so hard to understand was because the fact he actually was cussing so they had to make it to where younger audiences couldn't understand it. it was kind of an inside joke for the adults. He literally cussed like a sailor.

I don't know how old you are, but I'm 30 (so about his age, actually likely several yrs younger, )and I'm pretty sure by the time that show came out in like 2012 or whatever, I was old enough to legally drink here in the U.S. So he was probably too old for that. I only know about it because my kids' one half sibling loves to watch it and their mom has always made more than I do. lol meanwhile my kids had pbs and netflix, or for quite a while when I couldn't even afford that, dvds I either bought or swiped from my parents house on visits. lol
