Thank you for excellent videos! I have a frozen shoulder and light Scheuermanns disease. The exersize helping most is the rubber band strech with the straight arm out back and body leaning forward. Very efficient. Obviously opening up the narrow area between the collarbone and shoulder bone. Worked instantly! My pain is nearly gone! I have through years used two bandy balls on the floor, then laid down on them on my back and rolled the whole body on top of the bandy balls along the muscles on each side of the spine, right from the lower back up to the neck.
Or, in addition, still laid down on my back, found tension points with pain everywhere in the dorsal surface rolling on one bandy ball, and then used the bandy ball in 20-60 sek pressure on the tension. Very efficient! This could replace the neck equipment also, since I use the bandy ball also on the neck, when I am laid down.

Greetings, Doctor. Just bought one of these for myself. After making the first test I'll come back to share the results. It was a really good video, thank you very much.
Edit: Have been using it for a few days now. *It's amazing!* Pratical and efficient, always there after the tiresome work hours for the stiff neck. I've concentrated on some really old nodules on my scapulas and I've not felt my back so light in years! More than approved 😊

Oh yes I have something similar and simpler that helps reach some parts of the back. It only cost me $3 from the shop. I also love a tennis ball in a sock, sometimes I even sleep with it under some sore spots of my back or neck. So good.

You found a bargain there! Sleeping on the ball is an interesting idea. I hope both things help you though. Best wishes, Ashley

@@PrecisionWellbeing with the ball in a sock, it helps with those achy spots. But I do change positions as I sleep so it’s not parked at same spot whole night long. Thank you Ashley 😊

@@PrecisionWellbeing Hi Ashley (great name!) I hope this email finds you well. I received my Body Back Buddy today. I used your link and purchased it through Amazon. I hope you get some credit for that. As a physical therapist and a weight lifter, this bar/cane is the perfect device to palpate those hard to reach places. Again, thanks for this great video. Happy Holidays! Best, Galen

I do have the same (MuscleHook from GoFit), quick doubt though, aren't we suppose to press and hold tender points for 30 seconds (like you did for Tennis elbow) or should I slide(or rub) & massage?

@@PrecisionWellbeing - it is absolutely helpful. Previously, if I had seen that 'thing' on amazon I would have ignored it. Now that I know how to use it and what it does, I have more things I can try to see how well it works for me.
