    Nice Channel Alex! the main thing you want to prioritize is you're energy, so that you can aline it with you're sleep schedule and the things you do trough the day. this it key to get the most out of life.

    I think getting up and doing some exercise is a great way to start the day off positive. Whether it’s a few body weight exercises or a walk, I find that really starts the day off well!!

    Getting up early is way easier in summer. Great time to get out run/cycle. See way more blue skies that way! Half the time it’s turned grey and over cast by 9am 🤣
    That said getting up early in winter is important so you can make the most of the daylight hours. Get stuff out the way early.
