The most sophisticated track, indeed! With this so beautiful vocal! But there is also that 60's rock and roll ballad track, with an amazing vocal (Bowie was one of the great r&r singers, and this is not recognized enough...) "Drive in Saturaday". Difficult to choose the best... in my opinion.

Looking at Bowie and Jagger, who are both known for their rather unique and often over the top way of presenting themselves, it would only make sense to me to make the music video very similiar. And you have to consider that the music video was totally planned, considering the camera-work and dancing. It was not a spontanious, drug-infused hysteria.
They don't make art music the way they used to. It's all anime chungus shit now. I'm sure that won't always be true but fuck is the modern cultural landscape depressing.
