    Satellites are attached to balloons. There's an Air Force plane on top secret mission that goes around and collect satellites that have gone off course.

      "Open the Bible and turn the TV off"
      I'm not sure how you made the connection between my reply and the Bible - it's a strange comment or a non sequitur. It's like suggesting you switch off your smartphone, computer, or UA-cam and instead, immerse yourself in a Harry Potter book (???)
      Let me explain my comment in more detail;
      There is no dome!
      If there was a dome then ground to aircraft radar would not work as the radar signals would be bouncing off the dome confusing radar receivers.
      Secondly, worldwide we have roughly 3 million radio amateurs (Hams) who use a variety of propagation techniques to overcome the obstacles of earth's curve with radio waves. One of it is moon bounce (aka earth-moon-earth or EME).
      The moon is used as a passive reflector to bounce the radio signal off the moon for long distance communications because radio in the VHF, UHF, SHF, etc bands are line of sight. The moon has to be accurately tracked with high gain directional antennas.
      If the moon is not accurately tracked then the signal is lost. If there was a dome then there would be no need for EME. Just bounce the signal off the dome at any angle and at any place. Moon bounce is akin to radar where radar signals are bounced off, say aircraft to measure it's velocity etc. whereas EME is for communication.
      I trust this clarifies the point I made in my previous comment.

    Hey honest question here. We have all these real images of satelloons but not a single real photo of a satellite in space? They say these balloons can look out into space or collect cosmic rays,then Howcome these balloons don’t take REAL photos of said satellites in space? So strange hey…….

      Many conspiracy theorists consistently reject information (videos esp) by labeling it as CGI or fake, repeating it endlessly. However, when they encounter something that aligns with their beliefs, they suddenly accept it as real, no longer considering it CGI.

      Worldwide we have roughly 3 million radio amateurs (Hams) who also use the same propagation techniques to overcome earth's curve with radio waves. One of it is satellites known as OSCARs - designed and built by master engineering students and Hams. QO-100 is an example of one of their geostationary satellites.

    *If* they could hover in one spot they could replace many of the functions that satellites have since they are so much cheaper than launching satellites. But no one has been able to do it and im skeptical that its even possible to do so just by changing the altitude. I think google has been launching balloons and trying to control their flight (somewhat) so that they could have a network of balloons circling the Earth.

      "Satellites are cell phone towers"
      I think you misinformed regarding satellites. Cell phone technology only came into existence around the late 1980's. Since telephony satellites existed before the late 1980's then how do you explain satellite technology which was used as the primary medium by telecommunication companies worldwide. The undersea analogue coaxial cable was used as redundancy and wasn't as of a quality standard as satellites.
      Since telephony satellites are in the 36000km geosynchronous orbit you cannot get balloons into that orbit. Balloons are used for specific purposes such as tracking animals and other experimental work - you in essence proving cars exist to disprove busses. Hence your claims are unfounded and totally incorrect.

      @jadbiz
      Telephony backbone microwave links are engineered to the radio horizon. The radio horizon is the blocking of earth's curve to line-of-sight radio waves and the radio horizon is a bit furthar than the visual horizon. Do you know why its a bit furthar?
      Radio based transmission systems as used by commercial broadcast, military, radio amateurs (Hams), aeronautics, etc. are engineered to overcome the obstacles of earth's curve through the use of various propagation techniques.
      The techniques are;
      - Moon bounce (aka earth-moon-earth or EME)
      - Meteor scatter
      - Ionospheric propagation
      - Tropospheric scatter
      - Infrastructure radio
      - Telephony satellites
      - Microwave evaporation ducts
      Etc
      If the earth was flat then it would be a no brainer building a radio tower say on the west coast of South Africa and another on the east coast of North America and establish a direct line-of-sight VHF radio link across the ocean. But we can't, earth is not flat. Hence, the need for using various propagation techniques
      In summary;
      You have a misunderstanding on how radio based systems work.
