This is gold! Not sure what comes first - good swing mechanics or good footwork, but I was never able to really improve until I understood the proper footwork and pressure sequence throughout the swing.
Great video. I’ve been trying to get straight into my left heel from the top of the backswing, didn’t realise I should be going into the toe first, then shifting back into the heel. I’ll take it to the range.
Pretty sure the pressure traces of the tour pros is more in the ball of the foot in the backswing and not as much in the heel. Michael needs to work on the swing.
Very helpful, Michael!⛳️
Really Great video Michael, and definitely one of the Best explanations of the Pressure Trace Analysis. Really, really Helpful. Thanks
Good stuff! One of the fastest ways to get better is to improve your pressure trace.

This fabulous, really makes the weight shift understandable thx Michael

This is a fantastic video, and illustration of weight transfer. I cannot believe there are barely 1,000 views, and two comments (three now).
Great revelation
What’s the difference in the pressure with driver vs iron?
Is this how it should be with a driver ?
