I love the Carbine 7, using Measured on mine and it hits hard.
Fun fact, if you got out of cover and don't move at all, the buff won't be decreasing. Use it with bullet king and standing cover.
GreatBuild&Video!!!! I run a 4 pc.Umbra with KingBreaker and Dare, but I use my Dare often, as it's 235rds High RPM and No Recoil makes it a BEAST.... I call the build Truth Or Dare
Was there ever a point in time where you could put the linked laser on dare?

@@MarkB58 bro, dare is built for the linked laser. I mean why have perfect flat line if you're not going to pulse. I thought the devs adjusted it.
I use it for heartbreaker gear set and striker makes it feel like your shooting a smg.
I run carbine 7 and Dare with linked lazer on the carbine, two piece heartbreaker and 4 piece umbra, pulse and shield
the Umbra mask appears through all apparrel. I've found if you go an change the appearance itll stop doing it.
I also wish they would allow all the masks to be like that. it'll give the characters more individualism
Switch out the holster for picaro’s and you get 5% more weapon damage
And 10% less AR damage
@@ezeziel1498 weapon damage and AR damage are the same. Both are weapon damage. So by using fenris he’s getting only 10% weapon damage. If he uses picaro’s holster he gets 15% weapon damage. Added bonus he can now use an smg and an AR and get weapon damage on both.
But u keep 1 Attribute with the Fenris, which u lose with picaro
bonus you can use a default red core fox's with that (since picaro's can only be blue or yellow core). Problem is losing the crit dmg, so in the end the 5% extra weapon dmg probably just washes out.

Man, what I'd do to play some division right now. Unfortunately Ian has other plans for me. Great build !
On the mask issue...options menu on inventory and check your option for "always show mask" and see if this works. It just may be covered by the skull mask🤷♂️

I only play challenging difficulty but despite that I’m loving the gear set…I usually like to run relatively tanky builds with a shield and scorpio but this has changed up my play style.I’m running this build with the picaro holster and using either carbine 7 (still need one with damage to targets out of cover) , or KB or my other favourite AR the sig 556
Gotta try heroic. It's worth getting use to even if you don't use directives.
Heroic isn't too big a step up from challenging difficulty, honestly. Give it a try 👍

Hey I seen your video on the bloody knuckles build. I found a build with it that does 100 mill dmg. Haven’t done to much testing with it. But if there’s a way I could dm you the build if your interested in testing it and possibly doing a video. And the glitch with the mask is from the umbra mask. It glitches through everything. I deal with it constantly when I’m running my umbra builds.
When wearing the new Umbra armor mask piece, that mask stays on. No matter what you put on as face apparel it will show through. It is something they will need to fix.

Toggle your mask display option to off. Should eliminate the clipping.
You should try Sawyer knee-pads I think it will work great for that build
I Love Umbra Initiative ... I use pretty much the same gear pieces with a Police M4 with Killer... running Gunner/Firewall STUPID STRONG

Hey love the build and the channel I can not change my talent on the carbine 7 to flatline it isn't there to be picked?
Wait til they give us the 5 pc and 6pc set bonuses in a few months....
I have the mask issue too. it's the Umbra mask that always shows for some reason even though I have it turned off.
for some reason cannot add the Flatline talent to my Carbine 7. I click on it to add it but nothing happens 😞
Lefty plus striker and chameleon gunner build
I like both umbra and striker, lean more towards striker though because it puts even low damage weapons in the 600k-800k range
CN not get it to work, heroic melts it, Edit sorry somehow my laser pointer was removed from my Carbine, its works fine, i tried chameleon very good, Dark Winter to fast and mag to small, for me that is, i will try a fast shooting machinegun
Currently running all red Umbra build with Catharsis and Fox’s Prayer with The Chatterbox and loving it! Might need to recal a couple of cores to Armour though. I meant to ask you - where’s a good place to farm for the Carbine 7, or is it craftable?

It is also craftable if you unlock the blueprint.

Is this build stronger than the umbra-king breaker, with a piece of belstone and memento that you posted a couple of days ago?
I tried the build yesterday, but I cannot add anything to the mask, amazing build but I could use the additional Crit chance mod.
My umbra build is a pure red build, using a grupo chest piece that i found with glass cannon and the coyote's mask for all of the crit Dps one will need in the world.
Been able to do challenging content solo with said build and slowly building up the confidence to do it on heroic since i am just a new division player and thus dont really have a strong build yet
Same issue with the mask clipping when using Umbra
I can never get a god rolled one with DTTOOC it’s annoying I get em with 3/4 rolls if I’m lucky
Yeah, I had to optimise a trash buckets one
I gave up trying to get max stats to drop
Just get the stats you want and go on the optimization grind

I just wish I could get hold of the exotic Buzy Little Bee. I have been so unlucky. I have tried countdown and the summit on pistol loot. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong.
Don't worry Alan you'll get it at rank 85 as a seasonal reward. Once unlocked generally weapons are then available in the general loot pool & exotic caches.

Why not use Coyote mask and Umbra holster?
Because this hits harder haha. I do enjoy the coyotes mask but multiplicative buffs are better imo
