You made it look so easy to fit I wouldn't have a clue! Lol...I have a bmw320 runs on lpg I'm getting 230 miles for £20 gas!! Currently it's 0.51p litre!!
Ok so this is professional installation of GPL for sequential installation ... I wonder how a diy installation looks ... How are the LPG lines connected to the underbody of the car from the tank ? Are they going through inside or outside of car ? And also the filling place looks very stupid to me, you have to knee in order to fill the car. I tank by law the filling point should be no less than 20 cm from the gas filling cap ... I think in Germany it has to be actually inside the gas filling cap.
1. Thank you, DIY installations sometimes look much better. 2. Follow the brake pipes or a fuel pipe. 3. Outside. 4. Only the Dutch have regulation about filling point fitted to the steel part of the chassis. Inside the gas filling cap is just neat.
good video, it is better put some glut before fix the fitting brass nozzle to injector, it can make sure no gas leakage after installment. It is better install: LPG tank, high pressure pipe and filling valve, LGP reducer with solenoid valve, injector and gas filter, pressure differential sensor and ECU. The connected pipe will be intalled during the installent. The ECU line could be connected at the same time. Spare parts for ECU: Water sensor, air sensor, buzzle, switch and Pressure Differential Sensor.
@Ciny Pan Hi. Do you do DIYs for this conversion to LPG? OR do you know someone who does? I would like to install a system LPG fuel for my car, and appreciate any assistance. Thanks very much
i have a toyota vitz 1300 cc car, year 2014 and it is doing 14km/l under normal driving. Is it fine to do an LPG conversion on this type of car ? Please advise. What risks will there be ?
hi, ive got a question with my lpg set up, not sure of others but what i think r my heater outlet hoses from the heater & from the engine hav been re routed & travel to the lpg regulater. can u tell me y this may hav been done & can i cut them & re connect the heater if i didnt want to use the gas anymore?
I've installed GI CNG kit on my E39. They've calibrated it with this software, but when car is fully stopped and you start moving, it has RPM drops, engine almost cuts off. I've downloaded this soft and got cable. Any ideas where can I learn how to use it?
looks good but the most important part is skipped. For example, how do you tap into main car ECU and disable gasoline injectors when switching over to gas? Also how do you know signal duration for gas injectors?
You make cuts. Lots of the cuts. Basically, you simplify the job slightly by connecting all injector masses together. Signal goes to the LPG-ECU and then goes back via separate wires. 4 cylinders= 10 wires to the LPG-ECU. 4 reading + 1 with common masses + 4 output with one common mass. Hope that's clear?
"how do you know signal duration for gas injectors?" Actually, it is simple: by cutting the petrol injectors out (not permamently, LPG-ECU is "stealing" the data from your car ECU, switches PInj off and instead is sending the signal to LPGInj. Your part of the deal is to correctly choose the LPG injectors (in terms of the power) and to fit correct nozzles. As LPG is roughly 20% less calorific than the petrol you should make sure that the gas time multiplier is circa x1.2 of the one on petrol AND (whats the most important) Petrol injectors times are no different when your car runs on LPG. It's a bit complicated at a glance, but mechanically it's really simple.
By "mass" you mean battery negative ground (0V)? If so, is it really necesarry to connect those wires together again? I think they should already be connected at some point down the line.
Im having a coolant leakage through the hoses installed with the Gas system. We first tighten all clamps and the leakage was less, but it continues. Then we changed all hoses and the leakage actually reduced a lot but i think it continues. Can this issue be related to this?
No. Change the T nozzles onto metal ones (you probably have plastic at the moment). Also make sure they do fit the pipe very snugly even without the clamps.
Is your headgasket OK? Maybe your system has got a bigger problem and the pipe connector leaks, just because it is the weakest point of the circulatory system?
hi i recently removed my lpg tank from my car but left the computer in, to have it removed by a professional @ a later date. but in the meantime some of the wires have been rubbing on exhaust pipe & the cars idle is rough.i cut out the affected area & the rough idle went away only to return after 1 hours driving. any thoughts?
Even me, a DIYer know that this is a complete disaster. Petrol time 2.66ms, Gas time 4.04ms (?!!!). You have chosen incorrect injectors, incorrect gas nozzles, you have installed the tanking/filling nozzle downward (good luck with refueling on your knees in snowy winter. Gas injectors are in open loop at 5000 RPM. Drama subtype: tragedy.
Magneti Marelli, (inventor of common rail) a subsidiary of Fiat, came in to save Germany and poor diesel emissions, Bosch paid billions to buy the common rail technology, the biggest shame secret of Germans but one of the proudest moments in Italian pride. Fiat two years before VW's scandal, Sergio Marchionne of Fiat offered to join up with VW in order to help them better build and design diesel, lpg, cng and methane vehicles, and was scoffed. Vw chose instead to raid upon Italy a huge buying spree: Ducati (for high performance piston design), Lamborghini (for 12 cylinder secrets from Modena, Italy on future state of the art performance) , ItalDesign (for good looking aerodynamic design to fix bland design Porsche's Vw's, Skania, Skodas, Bugatti, Seat, Bentleys & Audis.).

Come to Gasitaly, we either cut corners, use magic or don't tell you how it's done while telling you how it's done... it's the Italian Job

anyone knows what type of glue is used on the manifold nozzles when screwed into plastic manifolds? thx
epoxy glue for metal
@@GasitalyTubeItaly Thanks 👍
I want to know all sort of this work and where can I get acsseseriy

hi there , ive got a car on gas & the cruise control doesnt work can this b traced back 2 the gas instalation?
VERY nice video. It would be cool to have a soft in your car just to see the stats.
Please can you tell me where I can find that application in your computer

4+1+4=9 or am I missing something?
Yes: "4 output with one common mass" (4+1)+(4+1)=10

What problem can cause installing the regulator over the radiator level?
air can get trapped in the regulator, that means no water heating for gas expansion and regulator can quickly freeze even in summer
Not a big problem if your topping coolant reservoir is NOT pressurized. However, its the matter of good practice.

Was it easy to remove it yourself? And would you be able to mount it back on, alone or with the help of a technician?
ABE ALDESA ZAVOLI LOBATO which country.. good video
Plz on ur next video show us the name of the things one after the other
you have not shown how to remove bolts of linia manifold
Can I do training in your organisation.. I want to do this LPG conversation business in my country
the name of your software please
with a motor turbo turbos from brain and lungs? can you answer me?
Please send us your detailed question to our email address sales@gasitaly.it. We will send your question to our technical team.
Can i fill the tank with hydrogen?
Sure, no problem. Do it! Evolution has got it's way to remove unnecessary units.
Dont forget you can put extra gasoline inside if youre going on a extra long trip
Yes, should be fine.
This is what it's meant to be filled with
Is that a Fiat Doblo?
c'è un modo per pulire gli iniettori gpl, come avviene per quelli a benzina?

Martin how to match the petrol timing with gas timing perfectly
What we happen when the injector is choosing incorrect
Get rid of the music i rather hear the guy talk about it
Haha i am the 1000 th subscriber
nice video.
il n'y a rien à nettoyer sur les injecteurs GPL
good men.......good
Awsome
I like Italians, greetings from Lithunia,Gracia Tuti Italiani bueno
holy crap music
Plastic mainfold? Just proves my opinion that fiat makes crappy disposable cars.
car manufacturers have been using plastic manifolds for years now
Fiat invented the common rail, so wouldnt call them crap
even german brands have started to use plastic as .i dont know why audi a4 have a plastic intake for exp. i trust more aluminium for that duty
Idiot.
