Though you have responded correctly to my question stating how to access those conversations, what I really wanted to ask, but couldn't explain properly was how to carry the conversations forward. After research I found one of your replies on someone else's comment stating that we would need a third party WhatsApp inbox to carry the communications forward from that number.
So, consider this my next question: Which WhatsApp Inbox solutions do you recommend so that people can reply back to the same number which we use for setting up WhatsApp Cloud API, and then we can respond to them as well.

I have added a number which does not have a WhatsApp account on either of the normal whatsapp or business whatsapp. Then I tried sending message to other whatsApp numbers from that registered number.
Now the problem is, I am getting a "code 200 OK" API response when I am trying to send a message to the recipient number, but I am not receiving the actual message on the number.
