@@Pabbly they say that there isn't an option to get the sent messages in WhatsApp. I don't understand why?! the receive messages we can get and the sent message no? there is not other service out of WhatsApp cloud API that can save the history message (received and sent)?
I put a call to action button in my message I am not getting the response message in the google sheet, only the customer number is coming, this is happening only when the customer responds via the call to action button. so, how to get the call to action response in google sheet ?

I followed the steps carefully but when I send a message to my number connect to the WhatsApp cloud API, the webhook/response didn't triggered in pabbly connect. Nothing happened. Then I went to my webhook section in WhatsApp cloud API and click on the "test" after I had subscribe. Then It triggered in pabbly connect. Why doesn't it work when I receive message in my number connected to the WhatsApp cloud API?
