Quick question: Let's say you are building a bot and you want to collect user's name. You can send POST request with the text message "What is your name?", right!
And they user will reply with text message "john", how do you save the user's reply on the webhook server? The context object is available only for the interaction types of messages, so it is impossible to link the question message and the answer message, unless you ask a question (interactive type) and give options for the user to select from.
I looked in the doc, there is not such use case.
Any idea on how to accomplish that?

Could you please tell me how can I get media url instead of SHA256 whenever media is sending from whatsapp to my platforms. Always getting sha256. Using graph API's.
