    I love the cardio mixed in with the weight lifting. You are the best trainer ever. I am 68 years old and am lifting weights I never thought I would be able to at my age. Great encouraging words to keep me going. Thanks for the great workouts. 😍😍🤗

    I remember this workout too! Tough format. My upper body was spent by the end so I modified a little bit but I still finished. My legs were spent too but the upper body definitely made me forget my legs were tired! 😆 Glad tomorrow is just mobility though! Thanks Amy 😊

    With 2 8lb dumbbells this was one of the most intense workouts I’ve done on your channel and I absolutely LOVED it!!!! Please do more like this!!!

    Yes!!! This workout is so powerful and full of energy!!! I like how the moves raise your heart rate and then it stays there for the entire workout! Everything felt great!!!!! Also love your encouragement and that you are so real and down to earth Amy!!! Awesome workout! 💥🔥💦🤩✳️⭐✳️⭐✳️‼️

    Amy!! You’re trying to kill us today!! 🤣❤️ I had to pause a few times to complete the moves (you are so quick!), but I did it! You had me dying after those lunges. By the time we got to the plank presses, I switched to the modifications. We will all be waddling into Christmas! 🤣🔥🔥🔥

    This one was hard for me today! But that is a GOOD thing, I loved the different moves keeping my heart rate up and it went quick, as always. Had to drop down my weights during a couple of the moves but I don't feel like I lost any benefit by doing so.

    Thanks for including so many modifications. This was only day two for me of being able to do these workouts after three months in a waking boot and the modifications really helped.

    When we got to the lunge series…I realized that this is the third time doing this workout…and it killed me every time. I’m putting a reminder here for myself to opt for 10’s and not higher for that series. 🤦‍♀️ 💀 🔥
