I had no idea I could do lunge row switch jumps....and I can and I loved doing them!! So much fun. Thank you from the bottom of my heart❤. My mental health and physical strength and comfort levels have all been challenged and improved this pandemic thanks to you (and to me for showing up 😁)

I loved it! It was such a busy busy week at work, so I barely was at home. Still have cake to finish for Christmas which is in two hours here in Croatia (toddler and first cream was for drinking not for putting on Christmas cake )🤣💪☃️☃️🎄. Wohoooo! And this was such an amazing workout and that with this feeling is real Christmas present to myself. Thank you Amy. Merry Christmas to you and your family! And all bodyfitters!

YES....more like this format where the moves compliment each other. Really fatigues the muscles. I especially like right side/left side. I feel like I can focus more on form and each muscle I am using. Thanks for another great one, Amy!
Love this one. I'm usually a touch slower when I go heavy, so this was perfect for me. Also felt a bit better when Amy went to her knees for the pushups on that bonus move. Same!

I really liked the combination of dumbbell and agility. How about those bonus moves at the end! Woot woot! At the 9:00 mark I was definitely feeling my biceps, which hurt so good!
