Thanks Amy for being such an amazing coach. Although this was not my favourite workout ever, but still good to go heavy for a different challenge. Must say - "that move" on our backs with the fly and opposite leg lowering...wooooaaaahhh that definitely threw everything off kilter 🤣 My husband gave me one look and said he's OK with not trying that move, it looks way too hard! Thanks for the motivational talk at the end as well, that is so good to remember that through exercising we get to reset our minds and revitalise our bodies to be our best for everyone around us. I loved this workout. Got 10 lb dumbbells for Christmas and got to use that. Felt so good to move after not working out Christmas and the day after. Proud of myself that I used that 10 with no problem!!!!! Amy you’re awesome!!!! Thank you for this format. I really enjoyed it and loved how we got the hiit without the jumping cause sometimes I’m just not feeling it like you said. Be where you are today….every day

Got sick Thursday evening but did yoga yesterday and today back at my holiday challenge. I did it with 3lb weight but as you say I showed up and that's what matters! I don’t know why but I was dreading this workout and left it for my last of the week. Even though I was already tired from moving a lot of boxes when I started it, I loved it and it went by so fast! ❤️

I love workouts where I don’t realize how hard I was working-burned 300 calories and didn’t even feel like I was dying 😜 Also realized that I need to work on chest flies-the one armed ones were really hard for me!

That was awesome! I was worried single dumbbell wouldn’t be challenging enough but I’m a sweaty mess. Great to use my 20lbs too!

Loved this workout. Used 15 for most of it. Dropped to 10 when it got really tough. I sweated like I had done jumping jacks throughout.
I loved the focus on balance and core strength! Such a great workout Amy! I went heavy with my 15lbs kettlebell and finished with my 10lbs

Loved using a single Dumbell!!! Allowed me to use a 15 lbs DB almost exclusively throughout the workout!
Love the single weight format! I was able to do many of the segments with a 15 pd weight. This was a hard workout but worth it!
