My husband favourite part of the world we first came to Cornwall when we were 17 16 years old and nearly every year till we were in our 60 s I will go back once more to take my husband’s ashes thank you for letting me look around once more 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💕💕💕🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
A beautiful walk, seeing the Punch Bowl and Ladle pub brought back many happy memories of family get together`s there , sadly not been there for a long time now.,,,,,,,,,Brian&Jane.
Now THAT'S why I tune into your channel every week.....nothing like learning about the local sewage works of Feock. Forget Tintagel, St. Ives, St. Michaels Mount, Trelissick, et al......it's the sewage pumping works of Come to Good you need to learn about!! :-))) Fabulous bird song all along the way and your ever faithful doggy by your side being hauled over large stiles! Just what I love on a Saturday evening....beats the TV for sure. J x
That was a nice walk to watch. I enjoyed seeing the Quaker Meeting House and the pub, beautiful buildings. Seeing all the lovely homes in the area was a treat. Don't know about the sewage building......LOL.
Lovely walk, just the right weather for it👏🌤️ Lots of laughs 'pushing me off the path!'🤣 Beautiful thatched meeting place and generally lots of beautiful houses 🏡around!
I for one am happy for sewage pumping stations to be included. Another channel we watch is Martin Zero, up in Manchester. He’s always exploring ancient tunnels, pipes and sewage outlets! 😂 It may be a man thing but feel free to include more waterworks in your videos. 😀👍 Looks a great walk. Great to see you both out and about again.
I’ve seen the sign to ‘Come to Good’ but never ventured down to find it. Lovely Quaker meeting house. Very pretty thatched cottages also. Altogether a beautiful area.
Such a lovely walk and weather! I learn a lot from your videos, not only about sewage.... but about where this public footpaths can take you so near private properties. At some of the points I would never have found the right path, thinking that cannot be it, that looks private property. When I am able to visit the UK again, I will have more courage to try one of these. Thank you!
Oddly I taught a lesson on treatment works at school only yesterday!! I too love to spot old postboxes, so this video is right up my street ( excuse the pun) 😂 Love my early morning walk with you. Xx
Every village is a wonder in its own right. I luv how still, silent, well-behaved-yet obvious yr little doggie is, planting himself firmly in view at yr feet, doggedly waiting for that sandwich-end. So cute, watching him, when faced w/a stile beyond his ability to manoevre, how he just places his paws on the top stair/rail & wags, awaiting his/her? lift, certain it shall arrive. I also adore the spring blossoms accented by birdsong. The wee, nursing spray-painted sheep were so sweet, but it made me kind of sad to see those huge I.D. numbers covering one entire side of their little bodies. Then again, I'm no shepherd, not the one charged w/their safekeeping, just an old romantic embarrassed for the graffitied sheep LoL.
We have tried another couple and really enjoyed them! Sarah :) PS forgot to say, we made videos of them so they are here Walk 4 Devoran and Walk 5 Point to Penpol!
Just a note for you, before you venture there - we pulled the inside footage from an older video. It was not open due to Coronavirus unfortunately! Sarah :)
Unfortunately, not sure where I picked that up. I usually but most things in the sale on the high street, not a fan of online shopping (haven't bought much at all in the past year!!) Sarah :)
Andrew was a bit quiet last week I thought,, but wow has he made up for it today !! The world is going to be taken over by squirrels ( remember Doc Martin and the gamekeeper episode !!!) Who will probably invade all sewage stations and leave us all in the,,, anyway, I need to see my therapist now 😁🥟🥟🥟🥟🥟🥟 Great video
Such a joy to see this beautiful video thankyou Sarah and Andrew I love the pub the thatch cottages so lovely 😊 keep up the good work canit wait for the next video
Another fab video with lots of interest. Love the Indian runner ducks so funny!

It would be great to 'tag along' with one of your walks, they are always so enjoyable, just like being there rain or shine.
Thanks for the giggle over the sewage plant :)

What a lovely comment! Our little doggy is a joy to us, makes us smile a lot! Sarah :)
@@CornishWalkingTrails Thx! I'm sure, indeed. As w/my feline family/friend, we live/love to serve (them).
Pumping station so relevant right now 06/09/23 no dry sluicing in this County thank you very much, you'll be grateful if you swim near by. PEACE.
Did the walk today with friends, we will try a few of the others from Feocks website
We have tried another couple and really enjoyed them! Sarah :) PS forgot to say, we made videos of them so they are here Walk 4 Devoran and Walk 5 Point to Penpol!
Friend mentioned that meeting house. I'll need to go find it now!

Love the walk on such a beautiful day.
Also, love your necklace Sarah. Is there a web site for this jewellery? Xx
Unfortunately, not sure where I picked that up. I usually but most things in the sale on the high street, not a fan of online shopping (haven't bought much at all in the past year!!) Sarah :)
I downloaded the leaflet with the map and studied google earth but I just can't find the car park or the Penpoll chapel.
2.39 JACUZZI AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BIRD BOX

So, lets get this straight,, if it looks like a goose, and waddles like a goose- its a duck...Andrew is seldom wrong but seems he's not right again.
We are no experts and had to be guided by their sign! Unless they simply dont sell goose eggs! Sarah :)
