there are still the "old versions of rickshaws" in London - I think. But I've seen these near London Eye on the bridge and they definitely caught my eye - they look very sleek :). I googled them, they seem to be very popular in Germany and may have motor? - if I remember correctly. The future is here! haha. Do you have any interesting stories from those years in London? Did you meet any crazy people? I bet you did :). Would LOVE to hear more :)
@@GIRLINPARADISE You'd be amazed at the crazy stories I have from those days. I met Boris in Covent Garden on a bike..aside from that. I remember the day they took our motors away so I doubt they have them now, although I guess things might have changed. It was a Thursday night in 2008. Our base was at the carpark at Clipstone Mews near the BT Tower. I got there late just being lazy. It was a Thursday, after all. But when I rode in on my normal bike I saw a bunch of riders all around the place talking and being scared. I asked and they told me the old bill was out taking bikes with motors left and right. I got scared so I did not take my rickshaw out. Instead, I went out on my normal bike to check things out. I saw cops taking bikes on Charring Cross Road and a big, a goddamn big truck picking up rickshaws physically near Leicester Square station...it was scary. I went home to Neasden and stayed there for like a week. But I had to go back because I needed money. There were fewer bikes and that made it easier to get rides but doing them without a motor got tougher and prices did not change...not for us not robbing tourists anyway. Those were tough days...then, one day, at the Clipstone Mews car park, we saw a bunch of orange bikes just waiting to go out. It was the Turks coming into the game. Things changed drastically after that.
Everyone should have one to get around less car death, less admissions however the cobalt battery is an issue children are still working in these mines so we can drive electric cars, there another way , before the last Great reset, they knew let's go back to these advanced old ways.🕊️🙏✝️💜🤍🖕👇 vibration frequency water

Has rickshawing in London changed? I survived there back in 2007 to 2010 doing this.

Looks a bit too crowded for me ........some nice shots though 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
thank you :)
London is a metropolis, so has always bee n busy especially in the touristy areas. Covid has reduced those numbers, though.
Don't trust these crooks they will literally take u for a ride they'll agree on a price then at the 3nd of the journey they'll double it
Needs thicker wheels
