He just needed a manager that could find a position for him to play in alongside Ronaldo. Since the restart of the Serie A that duo is simply on fire, they always link up together, they are always looking for each another to score or assist, it's incredible how they train in every training session to do this easily and brilliantly.

i think both lukaku and dybala are great players on their day, but at the same time they're both very inconsistent and both didn't do well against top clubs in their respective leagues
juve are lucky that dybala's deal didn't go through imo, because he still has room to improve, while lukaku is soon to enter his prime
now that lukaku has gone to inter, maybe he'll get better and score more goals as a result, as for dybala i don't know how his season is gonna end up, but if he doesn't perform this season then juve might look to sell him off
i hope they both find their stride and do well this season, for their own sake

If anyone is overrated, it’s Lukaku. The guy can’t control the ball, it just bounces all over the place. No agility, technique or dribbling abilities whatsoever. Dybala is much more of an individual talent than him.

Juve have been winning in an average league with an average squad for so long. Making Dyballa a scapegoat for their short comings is hardly being honest.
Italian football is famous for dumping the blame on single players only for the player to leave and guess what the problems still continue.
Milan famously Desailly for cheap and then came out after the 1998 world cup and realized that they allowed the best defender in the world to leave.
Zidane him self was considered a bottler at Juve.

This is why I laugh at the United fans so excited about Dybala joining and then wanting to add Bruno Fernandes as well. Dybala isn’t the type of player to lead a rebuild with, he’s the cherry on top of a finished or close to finished product and his impact on United won’t be worth the wages
Dybala was blamed at times for Juve results which made no sense. He would on many occasions find him self sidelined for players that simply did not produce the goods.
Juve problem is that they are winning the league cannot translated that in to champions league. If you think Dybala is the reason for this then you are naive.
bighand69 yeah Dybala can’t be blamed for Juve’s results, Allegri and his tactics were the main issue because outside of Ronaldo and Mandzukic the rest of Juve’s attacking players struggled for most of the season especially Dybala and Costa but the problem now is that Dybala apparently doesn’t have a position in Sarri’s “system” even though I think he could do well as a striker playing a similar style to Mertens

Italian football has been famous for this in the past. Some great players were pushed out by clubs for some really strange reasons.
Both Bergkamp and Henry were pushed out of Italian football. Desailly was considered the worlds best defender and was sold by Milan for below value.
It is also very common in Italian football for managers to be fired for losing a couple of games in a row.

Dybala isn't a good fit for ManU. You need a good consistent 1st striker. You should've sold Lukaku to Inter and invested a big amount into an established striker that fits into your new system. However I doubt ManU will win many prices this year.

Dybala can fit in the system as the main Assister of the attack, like a number 10 position easily. His left foot is more than consistent to do that job and he would fit in the system but it's Coach's perception.

Dybala is a brilliant player who has spent years trying to find a position on the pitch to call his. His struggles to command any spot makes it hard to play him, despite his excellent natural talent .
Dybala is gold. He just needs to be mentored properly. He would thrive in England and Juve would regret losing him.

Honestly, I think Dybala is WORTH keeping because of he's a hybrid forward-midfielder. His shooting may be inconsistent, but his ball skills are always elite. And with Juventus' surplus of forwards, they can afford to keep an inconsitent forward if he's an exceptional attacking midfielder.

You also have to remember after Tevez left Dybala was the main striker but then they signed Higuian, which I thought was a blow to him. He's a great player and I think he went downhill last year mainly because the change in tactics and once more they favored another striker over him, Mandzukic. Also they played him on the wing which isn't bright because he's not a winger. If the deal goes through United will benefit and Juventus will struggle. Lukaku is good against small sides but not good against big clubs, and let's not talk about his ball control.

And then Dybala was subbed in and made two assists, and Juve won that game 3-2. If they lost that game against Inter, Napoli probably would win the league. You are talking about Dybala as tho he was inconsistent, but remember he is also playmaking even if he is not the typical playmaker. Bugzy They are both in terms of technique and physique, what both players have in common is that both are not afraid of doing the hardwork and letting others enjoy the benefit of it. Benzema could hold the player off with his skills, Lukaku can do it by bullying the defenders, provided he can comtrol the ball.
Honestly his best chance of finding consistency would be at Manchester United. He would reunite with of his best partners on the pitch with Paul Pogba, he would be featured on his favourite position and would have the time to get into Champions League. He would have a big chance of Winning Europa League being the main man, and in 2 years a Premier League with United who would by the time be heavy contenders for Champions League aswell. By staying another season in the bench he is going to ruin his career.

I think Juve getting rid of Dybala would be a huge mistake, even with his inconsistency. He actually has a small purpose with Juve's currently as that little pivot to help Ronaldo give that space needed to make a run. Plus Ronaldo usually pulls one or two players with him without the ball, giving Dybala a chance to make a further deeper run to either take a strike or laying it off with a pinpoint pass. Sarri does not cater his formation/tactics to individual players but I think he needs to make that excepetion here.
I do not see how "experts" can rate Dybala x Lukaku swap being an equal transfer of talent. Dybala surpasses Lukaku in all categories. Worst thing that Juve could do here.
