Now, since 2014, they have seen 8 different managers after sacking manager after manager, had 3 different owners, nearly went bankrupt, Milan was banned from the Europa League, and more. The Moment AC Milan Sold Zlatan and Thiago Silva to PSG in 2012 i said this was the start of their downfall. I was in high school back then. I was right. It hurts because Milan is my Fave team from Serie A cuz Kaka

I think we will soon see Barcelona following in Milan's footsteps once Messi retires.

I appreciate the video Adrian but, it hurts my heart. It seemed like we were improving last year when we finished 5th but, they sacked Gattuso for a reason I still dont know!

They need to buy a quality coach that knows how to make average players perform, because milans squad is not terrible. For instance atalanta, lyon, wolves also leipzig. They dont have huge names in every position yet they do well.

I still remember watching Kaká score that amazing goal vs. Manchester United in Old Trafford back in 2007 like it was yesterday. I'm not an AC Milan supporter but with Kaká in his prime, bolstered by a squad with so much pedigree and experience, you couldn't bet against them that year.

I mostly agree with the video. There is something that is missing though and in my opinion is the most important part. Milan grace and downfall years were most due to political reasons. In the period that milan was great was also the period when italy had a lot of economic power and was wasting resources more than it could and italian football economy ws the same as the rest. In that golden period berlusconi had the very smart idea to use a broken/cheap Ac Milan(if you go and look at how he bought it, you'll see plenty of shady business as well) and he used it to show italy how much of a winner he is, as a result he lead italy for 20 years, it is a bit oversiplified but that is basically what the situation was. Then the economic crisis in 2008 hit italy pretty hard, but berlusconi was still using it, untill Balotelli was his last political transfer. He then sold the team at a comically high price, considering all the debt the team was into, to a shady chinese business-man, who's rumored to be involved in various frauds, or at least he is very close to people who were actually proven guilty. This mr'li arrives, buys Milan, pays all its previous debts, pays some more money to keep the club afloat for 1 season, puts the club on more debts just for old times sake. After this gentleman spent around a bilion euros(that is just counting the money that he and his "investors" actually spent) elliot(who lent mr'Li 350 mils) gets the club because he failed to pay something like 30 milions as agreed in the loan terms for that date. This chinese guy looses the club, and elliot gets it for 350 milions(less of half of the total investment the chinese guy did a year before) , and he doesnt even complains, he just disappears just as suddenly as he appeared. I mean, pirlo's transfer seems pretty marginal if you ask me after all that crap

I have loved Milan since I was 7. My first and only club I really love. I will continue to wait for the day it comes back to life... it hurts more when you fall from a great height.

Silvio Berlusconi took AC Milan from the relegation zone e brought them to the top of the world. As soon as Berlusconi left, Ac a Milan have gone back to square one... like before the Berlusconi era. Rip

Was one of the teams I enjoyed watching..I remember ancelotti and the 4321 formation...the fierce strike force of inzaghi and shevchenko...the midfield quartet with pirlo gattuso seedorf and rui costa/ kaka and that core solid defence of maldini nesta costacurta stam cafu...with the goalkeeping prowess of dida...
