Very handy one, I learned this in ArcMap and was happy to see it when I started in Pro. I don't know why they don't just pop up a merge dialog that asks if you which one you want to keep.
Hei! If I want to change the drawing order in a layer? How do I manage that? I want that one plygone overlapping the other one because the bigge one, overlapping the smaller one. Thanks!
Great question! I believe you can achieve drawing order within a layer using symbol layer drawing. pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/symbol-layer-drawing.htm
Fair warning: Pro 3.0.3 crashes upon symbology updates. apparently there is a .NET update that can be removed to allow symbology to work again.... I have to find the info on that still.
@@GISChops Will do. I am not sure if it is all of the updates and the lesser graphics card that we are using but hope to find out soon as it is stopping work flows. GREAT videos by the way. I'm hoping to show one of your videos at a state local group that we have meeting monthly (this coming Thursday). Please let me know if you have concerns with that!!
Thanks again for your effort putting these videos together. I appreciate the information.
Thanks! I actually shot this one a while ago and realized I didn’t record my screen.

Ha ha, the struggle is real.
cool. That’s oooold school ArcView logic where you select the feature you like first then all the ones you want to look like it next. Good tip!
Found it by accident. 🤫
Thanks, I am going to use this! Very helpful!

That would make sense. You should submit that as an idea.
