TATA Nexon EGR throttle body cleaning

TATA Nexon EGR throttle body cleaning. EGR is exhaust gas recirculation.
This helps to improve mileage and pickup of the car

I am getting some noise while pressing the throttle pedal. ❤if I release the pedal the noise goes away. Is this issue due to throttle body issue

Can you tell me after how many kilometers you cleaned it? I am getting rpm fluctuation issue sometime on first start so I think I also need to get it cleaned.
