Mam sorry to say but you misguided. Maybe that works for you but no fruit like mango no cheat meal like burger etc and where is protein intake. Basic rules are more protein less carbs. Hydration. Intermittent fasting. Sleep well. No stress. No sugar. 40 mins of any activity. 2 proper meals. Salads. Multivitamins. Green tea. Be disciplined like no eating burger etc to fulfil your cravings Coz then what's the point of diet. Diet is a healthy lifestyle not starve and fulfil yourself. Be consistent and motivated. And salad ka matlab hota hai bht thori si quantity mein khaya jaye, one small bowl of russian salad would contain almost negligible cream and sugar. Bhar bhar k khanay ko nahi kaha. Please ghour se dekhen video ek bar phr se. I have repeated it multiple times k jo khaen thori quantity mein khaen.
