    Mam sorry to say but you misguided. Maybe that works for you but no fruit like mango no cheat meal like burger etc and where is protein intake. Basic rules are more protein less carbs. Hydration. Intermittent fasting. Sleep well. No stress. No sugar. 40 mins of any activity. 2 proper meals. Salads. Multivitamins. Green tea. Be disciplined like no eating burger etc to fulfil your cravings Coz then what's the point of diet. Diet is a healthy lifestyle not starve and fulfil yourself. Be consistent and motivated.       This is what I did for month to lose weight but continue to satisfy my cravings. This is for a month only so one can lose weight without feeling like it's a burden. I shared how I lost weight. I'm not a nutritionist so I'm not saying this is healthy or not healthy. One can follow this to lose weight rapidly and then maintain their diet however suits them.

      Those who wanna lose 7-8 kgs can avoid it for a month, no big deal. And people can have light lunch like I said, fruits or salads or veges. They can have eggs instead or steamed chicken without oil. It is obvious, I could not mention all the food options.

      Please research about WATER WEIGHT. Body mein swelling hoti hai us se. And salad ka matlab hota hai bht thori si quantity mein khaya jaye, one small bowl of russian salad would contain almost negligible cream and sugar. Bhar bhar k khanay ko nahi kaha. Please ghour se dekhen video ek bar phr se. I have repeated it multiple times k jo khaen thori quantity mein khaen.
