These diet plan works for people who have been overeating...or eating wring food toh initial 10-15 kgs kgaane se he kum ho jaata hai...phir shuru hota hai asli khel....so here a very important part exercise and NEAT ke baare mein nothing was discussed or encouraged.....which is not an holistic approach..... though Gunjan does it I know....but this client did she say about exercise.... without that one will have loose skin and no stamina and strength building....so that should be encouraged

Hello 👋🏻 I'm from Pakistan and I'm a teacher. I'm also a silent follower of your channel but today i thought of commenting here. I recently started my weight loss journey. It's been 9 days and i haven't scaled myself as im afraid of not finding any change and losing motivation. Once 2 weeks are completed ill b checking my weight. Im somone who can never live without eating fast food at least twice or thrice a week but ive completely cut it off. I've made my own meal plans based on your guidance and chatgpt baqi im also walking for 20 mins at night. I really really hope to shred at least 5 to 8 kgs in 2 months. It would b all thanks to u as your videos and reels motivated me on finally starting this journey. Im 68 kgs as of now and i m aiming for 58 kgs. Wish me luck!!
