    Possum when it gets home: “guys I was ambushed by vicious human”

    • @E.lectricityNorth
      @E.lectricityNorth  4 роки тому +7

      I don't know if you noticed, but the possum "got home" at the end of the video. It lives in the wood pile and eats from my compost pile nightly. I like the possum, because it gets rid of pest arachnids around my property. Possums are great little critters. I have named this one Pinky. It has had babies who are now welcome in our backyard also. Happy Lockdown to you Dick!

      I agree! I do not intrude at all into its habitat. In this case, when I was dropping food in my compost heap, the opossum was there having a snack and hid under the pallets. But don't worry--I don't mind if the opossum intrudes on MY habitat, because I enjoy and appreciate its company and its assistance in reducing the deer tick population of the local area. Thanks! I am dedicated for sure. Plus, this is my only popular video so far. I really do value my viewers and commenters as well, so thanks for taking the time. And yes, the possum lives in the backyard. It, in fact, adopted me. I let it eat from my compost heap, and it, in turn helps me control pests around the yard, like ticks and mice and voles. It has had at least two litters since this video was made, so I am helping to spread the possum culture far and wide. The opossum is the cutest ugly animal that I know of. Cheers

      @@gabethemonster I have considered it. I may do so in the future. In the meantime, however, I think it may also be working to bring people here who are looking for vile creatures being scary and unpredictable. When they get here, and see the cute little timid oppossum with its little hand-like paws, and then see it shuffling away so awkwardly, some of those people may have their minds changed. These little critters are just trying to make a living in this world, like the rest of us. And those who are disappointed sometimes make their voices heard. I enjoy hearing their thoughts, as it often says more about them than about me or the subject of the video. Thanks again.

    Opossums are not vicious it's the scared of you why don't you leave it to hell alone unless you're going to make a pet out of it and you shouldn't do that either but I do like to see them when people make pets out of them it's not like a wild coyote so it's not vicious and they're very very rarely get rabies

    • @E.lectricityNorth
      @E.lectricityNorth  Рік тому

      Hi and thank you Barney Porter. The vicious attacks refer to those originating from this video's commenters. It's a study on online anonymous human interactions, per se.
      I enjoy all the wildlife in the woods and in the backyard, and often feel a symbiosis with the local critters more than with other people. This opossum was not harmed, but I haven't seen it for a while. It was hanging out in my compost area when I approached to get a pallet. When it hid in the pallet at my approach, I gently got it out of there without touching it. I filmed it because it was kind of cute and I thought it might make a good video. Turns out I was correct!
      Thanks again for stopping by and commenting. Please watch my other critter videos...they are even better than this video, in some cases.

Its hard to avoid every horse comes in contact with the parasite at some time it effects horses differently. Toltrazuril IS CHEAPER AND WORKS BUT ONLY USE ONE OR THE OTHER OT BOTH IF YOU SEE RESULTS WITH ONE USE THAT do a loading dose with a dmso JUG(from your vet)
