I love this annual tradition of yours, and i dont usually even care for modulars. That said, this one is a day one buy for me. First modular I will have purchased since the Parisian Restaurant. Great video!!!
This is a top tier modular for sure! I’m very exited to have this one in the lineup and its going to look so good with the Boutique Hotel and Jazz Club. If it weren’t for Brickveteran’s new F-14 Tomcat there releasing on the same day I would have made this a day one pickup, but because of that, I’ll need to wait on this modular. …Always with those meddling third party companies, lol. Great video as always.

Also - that group phonecall section 10:52 was very entertaining and in parts hilarious without saying a word! 😎 I think this has potential to be my top modular when I get my hands on it! I really like Lego and am disabled, when I heard about the Lego sunflower lanyards and the great work they’re doing not only with representation in characters but also work they’re doing to improve access and support disabled employees and customers it made me really happy. When I heard about them I made sure to go to Legoland to make a minifigure with a sunflower lanyard on it that looks like me and it made me really happy, this isn’t the first time I’ve been impressed with legos accessibility, they don’t have mobility aids such as wheelchairs, canes, etc… available in the make your own minifigures which is one thing I do wish they would do however when i contacted them about this they did apologise this isn’t already and option and sent me a free wheelchair for the minifigure I made (I’m a wheelchair user) and I have personally been impressed to see how many sets have disabled characters in them. Legolands access is also really nice to see, we had an issue sorting out my access pass due to a website error but they instantly helped us sort it out and everyone was really kind.

Feel like this is going to be #1 for a loooot of people and is a very high bar to beat moving forward. It will be my first day one modular, super excited to build it!
I don't have this modular yet, but I can guarantee it will be in my top two. Of course, that's because I only one, the bookshop. But I'm not a completionist and I only get large sets like this if I think I'm going to really really like it, and I think the Tudor Corner looks amazing.
If you talk modulars, you really should expand out and talk about some of the new Funwhole modulars, which are next level. The features and design of their record store leaves most Lego modulars in the dust.
@@SHYTIMEismyTIME You should review them! I have them both set up next to each other, and they look amazing! The things they've done structurally with the record store and, to a lesser extent, the theater, are truly innovative and solve some long-time problems you find with Lego modulars. The fact they have lights and are half the price of Lego is icing on the cake.
For me it's my close second, just below Butique Hotel, but I don't have it yet, so it can go up to first... But, as much as I understand why we have a clockmaster, I probably will turn his workshop into another flat for minifigures
I can't rank the Tudor corner until I get it in January. I will order it on January 1st, and while I wait, I will be building the pet shop modular . After 13 years, I finally got a few weeks ago as an early birthday present.
@SHYTIMEismyTIME I plan to start it on January 1st while waiting for the Tudor corner. Seeing that set 60440, the Lego delivery truck was meant to be my birthday present this year. I started with that and spent all of the 26th building it considering how hard my 2024 was with losing my grandpa I was close to and since 60440 is a complete upgrade to my first lego set which was set 3221 from 2010 I just had to have it jump the line.
It is the Set of the Year 2025 without any doubt, and that is obvious and its not even 2025 and we have not seen what it is up against...but it will win easily. Not seen this much excitement since Parisienne Restaurant.
This is not a review, this a story about life outside lego, with a modular lego 😂😂 I think this is one of your top 5 videos but the modular is not in my top 5.. Lol
