Hi Crystal. This was my first time on your channel and I subscribed. This particular episode really touched me. I know for a fact that God has his hands on you and Devalle. Something in particular that Devalle said made me stop in my tracks. He said that he was mad at God. And he was referring to specially to when his plan that he had for his life fell apart. He was crying telling that story. But it was a reminder to me that I should not beat myself up because I’m mad at God. It’s what the enemy wants us to do. But even when it feels like God isn’t there and life is beating up up and out plans have fell through. God just wants us to come to him. His plans for us are always greater than our plans for ourselves. Devalle was thinking football and that’s it. God had this platform for him all along and God always uses those that he picks to touch others. To bring it back full circle. I am currently struggling badly. Life is falling apart and I was so upset with God because of struggling but I am sure God had his hands on me. And he has something so much bigger for me than I have in “ My plans” for myself. I definitely understand where you're coming from Devale.I remembered being responsible for my sisters, nephews and my daughter as a single mom. But when I lost my job, those people that were looking up to me were still expecting everything from me despite they were aware that I was out of job. But God can not forsake people like us, it didn't take long enough for me to get another job. That job just came to me without me sending application anywhere. As long we are responsible for the wellbeing of people, God never allowed our tables to get dry.

This was a great episode. Your friendship really comes across on the shows (Sistas/Zatima). It's good to see TV couples who not just show affection to one another, but are also friends who have deep conversations and can be goofy with each other like homies. I don't know if I would get into Zatima as much if Zac & Fatima were hugged up all the time. I love when they get silly with each other; it has a very organic feel to it. Just one little thing though, i was born & raised Catholic & we believe in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, son of God our Lord & Savior. The “Catholic” person you spoke to could not been well versed on Catholics & the resurrection. This Catholic acknowledges THE resurrection during Holy Week leading up to Easter Sunday. There is a ceremony Catholics attend called The Stations of the Cross. On Easter Sunday Catholics celebrate the resurrection of Jesus who rose & is seated at the right hand of God his father. I absolutely love how transparent Devale is, I love watching him on the screen... but when I see him with his wife and moments like this I just love him... I in my fifties and this young man teaches me all the time.
I loved this conversation. We were all waiting on the Ellis Clan to Grace the couch for a reason. At first I was expecting it to be both of them at the same time but I love that they each had their own time with you as you have a relationship with both of them. The convos flow and even through the tears you can see and feel the genuine love between all you guys. This was a great episode. Your friendship really comes across on the shows (Sistas/Zatima). It's good to see TV couples who not just show affection to one another, but are also friends who have deep conversations and can be goofy with each other like homies. I don't know if I would get into Zatima as much if Zac & Fatima were hugged up all the time. I love when they get silly with each other; it has a very organic feel to it. Thanks for adding that extra layer to the characters.

Just one little thing though, i was born & raised Catholic & we believe in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, son of God our Lord & Savior. The “Catholic” person you spoke to could not been well versed on Catholics & the resurrection. This Catholic acknowledges THE resurrection during Holy Week leading up to Easter Sunday. There is a ceremony Catholics attend called The Stations of the Cross. On Easter Sunday Catholics celebrate the resurrection of Jesus who rose & is seated at the right hand of God his father. Maybe one day you’ll read this message. Stay safe Deval!
