Thanks for good video. You made it looked so easy. Glad you got the problem fixed. I have the same warning in the panel and the front wheels stay raised up. I believe it is either the compressor or the valve block. But will check the cables first before getting to the compressor and the valve block.
@@gsxr1000k8black For my case, I had to replace the compressor. The compressor's job is to pump air into four air shock and it normally goes out around 100k miles. It is different from the air conditioning compressor. I hope you figure the problem. Good luck to you.
I have this same message but it seems like the right front is the only one side that is slightly dropped. I’m hoping it’s just the leveling sensor & not the compressor or some other costly issue. Almost 50k miles on my 08 & been replacing a lot of things lately
@@aidanmarks2114 your timing is crazy, I just got the car today from the shop 😂. It was my right front air strut, it had a leak. New strut and everything is as good as new. My interior lights are short timing. I have it set to stay on for 30 seconds and they cut off before I even get out of the car sometimes and at night when I unlock the car they shut off almost immediately after they turn on. Now when I had issues with the date remaining once I set it, I did a reset from the Settings and that resolved that but is there a reset for the interior lights or is there a module that needs to be replaced.
Honestly, I have no idea, I have never had a similar problem here, it would be best to connect star diagnosis and check the interior lighting I know that there are problems with the watch in w221 maybe it's a related problem is solved by a software update

Yes, I have an idea how you can check it :) Erase the errors and swap the sensors, if the error appears on the other side, the sensors are to blame, if the problem is not in the wires or the plug. if you have a multimeter, you can measure the sensor supply voltage. pin 3+, pin 2-, pin 1 signal from the sensor. The voltage between pin 3 and pin 2 should be 5V

Dude since u had this high milage car i need to ask you what is the cost of ownership for this car ? And how many kms u had it for ? And what parts did u replace ?
That's a difficult question. The maintenance costs of such a car can be low or very high depending on how it is used and serviced. For me, the costs are much lower because I fix almost everything myself, I also have a cheaper part. But it is safe to say that saving on Mercedes is very expensive. Parts must be of good quality, services must be performed correctly, filters and operating fluids must be changed regularly. Negligence often leads to serious and expensive repairs because these cars are Strong and complicated. The engine is also very important. Diesels are often expensive to run, but the gasoline engine can be problematic "M272 M273", so it is impossible to clearly define the cost of owning such a car
