Ruto made obscene amounts of money from hoarding corn and going monopoly on the chicken farms. The old man can't compete against all that. They need avoid another political instability. The work of IEBC is to verify the results. You need to have some basic understanding why 1001.01 percent occurs. It is called a rounding error, and you cannot work backwords. 0.01 error did not go to anyone of the candidates. the rule is 50% + 1 vote. One vote is 0.0000070% which is greater than the 0.49% of above the 50 % Ruto got. None of the posturing by the various commissioners changes anything. (for or against)
