1. Wake Up Early
In terms of efficiency, early risers undoubtedly surpass late risers.
In the early hours, hitting the snooze button and falling back asleep may look more convenient. Convenience, on the other hand, is not always the best option.
Waking up early in the morning adds hours to your day and allows you to have a more leisurely start. Those that get up and begin their mornings early will always have an upper hand over those who do not.

2. Get some Sunlight on your Skin
Getting out in the sun is one of the most underrated activities nowadays. However, you should not overlook its importance.
So find time in your schedule to obtain some vitamin D and fresh air by going outside in the sun. Even a few minutes spent outside will make you feel significantly better.
3. Drink Water at Regular Intervals
Since water accounts for 70% of your body's weight, staying hydrated is essential for keeping your body healthy and working properly throughout the day. So, do not forget to drink water at regular intervals to stay hydrated.
Even on a bad day, being hydrated will make you feel better.
If you have a habit of forgetting to drink water, try using technology to help you. There are a variety of apps available to help you remember.
4. Indulge in Physical Activities
Physical activities reduce your risk of sickness, increase your mental performance, and improve the quality of your sleep.
As a result, regardless of how hectic your schedule is, you must indulge in physical activities on a daily basis. An average adult should exercise for at least 20 to 40 minutes every day.
There are, however, a number of ways to exercise. You may find out what works best for you by exploring different physical activities. Here are a few physical activity examples you might want to try:
jogging
dancing
yoga
cardio
stretching
swimming
bicycling
team sports etc.
