In kannada we have
"Oppathu undavanu Yogi.
Yeradu hoothu undavanu bogi.
Muru hoothu undavanu rogi.
Nalaku hoothu undavannu hothukondu hogi."
This means in English
" Eating once in a day you could become Yogi (healthy).
Eating twice in a day you could become bhogi (bon appetite - enjoy the food).
Eating thrice in a day you could become rogi (weak and patient).
