    This is unique.
I'm 42. When I was say 15, there were very few or no 75 year olds, playing a 52 year old, popular song, at a tribute to another 75+ year old, in front of adoring fans. Just imagine being 15 today, discovering this music, still being played by it's original performer, who is the same age as their grandfather.

I'll be 70 in a couple of months (50th anniversary of my 20th or 20th anniversary of my 50th?) and saw the Faces in about 1971. Finally saw EC about 5 years ago (on my bucket list). I came of age with music like this and can't think of anything better to come along since.

This is the reason I take my kids to see these shows; I met Elvin Jones as a kid... my kids got to meet Martin Barre so far... who brings an 8 and a 12 year old to a rock show? I do - my parents brought me to Jazz shows - I'm doing the same for my kids - now 14 (drummer) and 10 (Bassist)... never too early for the arts.

I stood right next to the stage literally 10 feet away from him. He died the following spring at age 70. Its true about Ronnie , from his youth playing with THE BIRDS , at the ealing club london ) to the arrival of THE BYRDS at heathrow london in 1966 , where he and his band mates pelted ROGER MCQUINN with eggs , and they still laugh about it today and are big mates , checkout 19 year old ronnie in this video ua-cam.com/video/f8zHMAYh-ww/v-deo.html
p.s. ronnies old house on richmond hill london is now owned by PETE TOWNSEND and his next door neighbour was mick jagger ! its also where ROD and the faces stayed in their early days of THE FACES .
