I'm surprised that the spindle nose wasn't polished up on the outside ( 6.17 ), I know it's only cosmetic, but it would finish of the job. I'm also surprised that the bearings were just slide on the spindle ( 5.46 ), I thought that they'd be a press fit.
No good practices seen here. Cleanliness is the most important thing when working with those utterly expensive spindlebearings. Every hobbyist would do it as shown, for a professional spindle repair this is nuts. Sorry
This is a great video. Thank you for sharing.
Esta bien. Lo bueno es hacerle pruebas de spm al husillo en la maquina ya con carga. Y verificar vibraciones asi como clampeo del drawbar.
Não foi feito balanceamento? e a limpeza do fucinho do fuso????

Bearing and spindle shaft tolerance...?
This is more like cleaning not repairing, i'm expect to see some reparing or changing part.
Are you from which country?

Heated probably
The bearing is heated, look he is using heat resistant gloves

You do not know if the spindle was assembled in a clean room or not.
@@Terminator550 I don't want to sound arrogant, but it ain't.
If you have worked in a ISO certified cleanroom, you can tell a little bit.
