Those prices are from resellers. Her fans range in ages all the way up to one woman who is 89 y/o. The lady in question flew all the way to Paris to celebrate her 89th birthday by going to Taylor's concert there.
I’m 54 years old I had never listened to Taylor really but I’m a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan and she started dating Travis Kelce from their team so I thought I’d start listening to her music and now I cannot stop. She has some of the most beautiful songs I found out she plays several different instruments. She writes all of her own music. She directs most of her videos and everybody just says how humble she is and sweet Yes, she cusses every once in a while, but I gotta say her music is way cleaner than any other artist out there
I'm a 56-year-old brand new #SwiftieOver50 (since TTPD) and fell in love with her through her lyrics. I'm a writer and grew up with/ The Cure, The Smiths. Her lyrics and music take me right back. She's a unicorn.
There are a lot of us who love her but couldn't justify the prices, but there are so many live streams that I feel pretty blessed to have been able to watch quite a few of the shows when I've had time and that is a gift. I wish more bands would sell tickets to official live streams so you can have better audio but I'm still glad to have been able to experience it between the livestreams and the movie!
A live stream would be an excellent way to generate revenue while also allowing watch parties for groups of people. Like a Netflix PPV, she’s still going to sell out the venue. The demand is too high
@CanadianReacts The tickets aren't too pricey considering the shows production. The problem is that they got scooped up by so many scalpers who then are selling them for outrageous prices on the resell sites. Taylor even refused to use dynamic pricing which would have jacked the costs to, but there's nothing she can do about those that are using the Ticketmaster system flaws to grab and make big profits from those of us who really, really want to see the show but couldn't get them in the initial rush.
Taylor is amazing doing a 3 1/2 hour show, with all her Eras. In London Taylor had 95k at all her Eras Tour shows. I heard she gets standing ovations at most of her shows, for up to 8 minutes!!
@@CanadianReactsI love to hear that!! She gets so much hate but doesn’t deserve it. She really is a kindhearted and generous person who is extremely talented and dedicated to her fans. This tour started in March 2023 and has over 150 concerts of 3.5 hours each with no intermissions for her. Her stamina is remarkably high. Almost everyone there knows every word to every song. It’s one beautiful experience and you may be surrounded by strangers who are friends by the end of the night. It’s much more than a concert. I’m so happy for Toronto and the enormous amount of revenue she’s brought there. She always makes sure to donate to food banks at every stop. She doesn’t need to but she loves to give back to the cities for hosting her, her crew and trucks and the massive amount of attendees over the few days she’s there. Love it. 🥰
The largest audience she played for was in Melbourne, Australia, 96,000 all 3 sold out shows. She did 8 shows at Wembley Stadium in London England, 92,000 sold out all 8 shows. Every show on this tour was sold out. She did 6 shows in Singapore all sold out, 65,000 fans. This tour was over 2 years, performed more than 150 shows in several countries. She truly is amazing. I’m a 67 year old Swiftie, PROUDLY!!!!
Funny to see a non Swifty react to her music. She cusses in many songs and her fans know every single word to every song she has ever written. What a gem. Hope you find appreciation for her.
The ticket prices are resale. Taylor sold them at fixed, no dynamic pricing reasonable prices. There was a presale for those who bought her album midnights, although I think that was messed up by ticketmaster in the US? My daughter and I got tickets in the UK through that and could have purchased more, as I got a regular registered sale admission. Front standing tickets, which are located at either side of the catwalk, cost £172.25 each. General admission tickets, which are behind the catwalk, cost £110.40 each. Presale seated from £58.65 to £194.75. And VIP from £227 up to £662.
I’m sorry if this is your first introduction to Taylor OR the eras tour. The official movie sound quality and video is far superior for obvious reasons. However… any Taylor is good Taylor. ❤
Amazing! I know she has more than one full stage set up because there’s no way to set up & take down, drive to the next city & set up again. Must be 100’s of staff too
@ There is a very good story of the logistics where the owner of the trucking company talks with Rolling Stone magazine about the $100,000 trucker bonuses. Not only were the truckers shocked, so was the owner. No, the owner didn’t get a bonus. Taylor said the truckers go unappreciated and there job makes her concerts happen. Ppl don’t realize what a kind and generous person Taylor really is. The bonuses she gave out totalled $55 Million. Each bonus to the truckers had a personal note from Taylor, where she mentioned this would help with a down payment for a house. Her Dad handed out the bonuses to each trucker.
Taylor gave bonuses of 55 million dollars to her staff for the eras tour. 5 million in hurricane relief, many millions for food banks in all the cities she visits. Taylor is a world renowned writer with courses in USA universities including Harvard. She writes directs and produces most of the song and short movies she performs in. There are many Taylor fans in my demographic a 66 year old swiftie. Maybe look at the New York university graduation speech and the song Ronan about a four year old boy Taylor never met who died of cancer. His mother wrote a blog Taylor saw and she wrote a song giving the mother maya credit as the writer so she got royalties. Her compassion to those in need is so great.
Please share!

I actually saw a few people interviewed by local news that paid less than $90

Mind boggling. I’m going to actually review a few songs very soon. I just downloaded them
We love sharing Taylor, with Canada.💜🧡💜
I did a full song yesterday and a short today

No matter what negative things people say, she fills the building! But haters gonna hate, lol

I hope some big fans got to go at reasonable prices it looks like a great fan experience
Floor seat resales are approx $14,000. It's criminal how people take advantage. There should be laws that put a cap on resales.
Absolutely nuts!! As I said she must have fans all over the world that will never experience her live.
It's more like 50 tractor-trailers,( for this tour).🤷♂️
Incredible & at least 2 full stages setups

Try, 50 semis!! Taylor gave all 50 truckers a $100,000 bonus. Search her logistics for the Eras tour.
