Missed blocking assignments, receivers not getting open quickly enough and bad decisions by our QB but the amount of no calls was just insane.
Milroe looks like he is becoming aware of what is going on. A few plays looked like he anticipated what the defense would do and where his receivers would be.
IMO with Milroe it’s more about the line. He is the type EVERY game he will miss easy throws, make some of the toughest passes QBs have to make, have those awkward moments where he holds the ball too long or takes off too soon, but overall he will be solid *IF* he stays protected. If the line is struggling it might be a rough game for him

As an aggie i am very disappointed in how we played in the second half more specifically max. we had a good shot at half but it all went downhill from there. good game though bama
I think the pressure was more present in the 2nd half. It’s either on the OC or the QB for looking for all those deep routes when it wasn’t time in the pocket for that

The only good thing that happened for A&M yesterday was Texas losing. I'm angry/depressed at the A&M football program right now not because they lost. It's because they just completely fell apart in the second half. I would be fine with a loss if that team from the first half had been there for the entire game, because that would have meant they were playing to their potential. But they didn't. And Jimbo's timid game plan didn't help either, punting away on 4th and 1 or going for a FG in the final minutes when we are down by 9 and in the red zone. Just A&M once again being presented with the opportunity to make a statement and just pissing it away. Now on to get destroyed by Tennessee on our way to yet another 8-4 season (if that).

Bc the only way we could’ve won was if we could get 9 points, which would imply a touchdown and a field goal we would’ve needed both, so it didn’t matter which we got at that point. In addition, if we didn’t get the touchdown, the game would’ve been over there (since the td wasn’t a guarantee), and so the field goal was the “safe” option. But yeah overall, very discontent like you. Our Offensive line looked like Arkansas and our cornerbacks are non-existent

This is what I mean about the timid gameplan. We needed to be more aggressive and should have gone for it. We get the TD and then we just need a possession with a little time to get to FG range. We don't get the TD, then we weren't going to get one anyway, even if the onside kick had worked.

Holding called against Bama is not a thing. Yesterday's game was criminally bad in that regard.

One of the most stressful games I’ve watched in a while
I breathed easy for about 3 minutes after the safety. Then we gave up a long drive but held them to a field goal. That defense is hell.
