No crazy intro, just a classic houseplant tour shot in 4K. Hope you still enjoy this video and give it a like 👍🏼. Comment and let me know some of your favorite plants from this tour?
World War Z! A good read. P.S. I really want to try a hoya, what would you recommend for an Eastern window? P.S.S I found an article that mentions you channel 😁 www.self.com/story/youtube-gardening-and-plant-channels
I would love to replicate your greenhouse cases! If you wouldn't mind sharing with me how you attached the lights, how many lights do you have in each one, and how did you attach the peg board? I know that's a lot of questions..lol. I absolutely love your videos and would greatly appreciate your help! I live in WV so we don't get enough humidity that some of my babies really need. This is the PERFECT solution ! Thanks a million!
Once upon a time I had a big plant collection. But after many moves and 'helpful' children only a few made it. I just ordered my first new plants in probably 12 years and I'm so excited. I love love those greenhouse cabinets
I love the cohesiveness of your pots. Mostly white pots with different textures. Love the look against the black and green. I just stocked up on white pots from Ikea because I love your look so much!
Love all your videos Christian! Obviously you are funny and passionate about plants and that passion is definitely contagious. You are knowledgeable, inclusive , generous and kind as well. One thing I have just realized that I really appreciate about your videos is that you have a lot to say but you get right into it, you don't ramble on. So many UA-camrs babble. Thanks for not babbling 🤣😂💚
Thank you for the tip with the air circulation - I sometimes struggle with this in the winter but I will take a heart and open the windows for my plants for some time ♥ 🌿
I love how you hurt your plants arranged in your bedroom! You've made them part of your decor and what a great idea putting one of those IKEA cabinets on both sides of your bed I don't always get to watch my favorite channels but you were one of the first people I subscribed to a couple years ago and congratulations on growing your Channel! Who would have thought three years ago you'd have hundreds of thousands of viewers! Little me I haven't even hit a thousand yet I'm closing in on 500 but I haven't been able to video lately so a channel starts to die if you don't keep up content! So congratulations congratulations congratulations on such well done plant videos and anyone can tell that you love your plants and take great care with them and they show you love back by growing and loving you back! Hope you don't mind that as I watch a video I comment as things go along and it's easy to make comments when you don't have to type! A lot of people don't know they have a microphone on their cell phone keyboard on my Samsung Galaxy it was hidden for a long time under the :-) key on the bottom left of my keyboard. I found out by holding that :-) button down a pop-up menu came up and they're and behold was a microphone symbol. It's enabled me to be very vocal on videos that I watch and enjoy! That way hopefully person who has the channel gets to know me a little better and it's not just some little sentence but maybe starts an interesting dialogue! Summer's just about officially here in a few days I bet you're plants can't wait to get outside for their summer vacation
Ooh, can we talk about your mirror though too? Love the gold, it's such a cool shape. That Dischidia Oiantha is absolutely beautiful too, it's so light!
Thank you for this video tour. I think you have achieved what every plant lover wants valance. Some people like the jungle look but it is to confusing for me I get tried trying to focus on one plant. Your bedroom looks relax where you can admire the beauty of each plant without competicion. I also like how you group them by family in white pots. Brilliant. Very pleasant tour.
Love the tour. I have a lot of the same plants as you. This is only my 2nd year growing. My Jade took off this year. I want to start pruning and shaping it into a tree. Love all your videos. Keep them coming. Judy from Salamanca, NY.
Great idea for using the mother plant stem. It looks so cute. You should look for an echeveria Lola. It’s so pretty, and easy to propagate. I don’t know how to add pictures or I would send you a picture.
Your krinkle8 is variegated, so it’s a Suzy Q! I recently got one but yours is so beautiful. The story of how it was named really warmed my heart, so it’s been one of my favorite hoyas!
thanks so much for including how you prop the M. Thai. I find water propping so easy for all my plants. People tend to prefer moss these days but it just does not work for me lol. Starting in water and transitioning to moss is a great method!
Ficus Tineke plant is something! I lost 4 to the root rot in soil, even when I watered them sooo rarely. My 5th one I decided to pot in Pon. And it's loving it there! I think for this plant you just have to find the perfect potting mix to your house condition and it will grow perfectly 🥰
I actually bought a shelf designed to go over toilet..for my home office.. I wanted the space underneath to corral some big floor plants..and 3 armed grow light clamped to shelf with each light bar carefully aligned to hit each shelf!
Great collection, I think I may get the 'greenhouse' because I decided to buy quite a few humidity loving plants but my house is dry! I would probably paint the peg board white though.
Love your video! The way to get a phalaenopsis orchid to rebloom is it needs a drop in night time temperature. My ones that don't bloom in the winter or set spikes in the winter because of the cold air near the window at night set spikes and Bloom in the spring when the air conditioner comes on. I have over sixty maybe seventy orchids they've become very addictive with me. Along with all my other house plants. I have quite a collection of angel wing begonias and they are probably my favorite along with Hoya coleus orchids my problem is I have too many favorites. Sorry about the lack of punctuation but I use the microphone on my cell phone keyboard to make the comments so I forget to put the punctuation mark in as I speak!
First time seeing your greenhouse. Nice collection! Ive been adding to my collection from a box store ( only access i have for plants) but no labels so seeing your labeling helps a lot.
Hi, on your ficus elastica ruby, I'm thinking it needs more light, not reverting (could be because of winter). I moved mine to more light and now the awesome Burgundy colors are returning on new leaves. Also, if you are not getting reblooming from your phalaenopsis, that is usually a lighting issue, as well. They need more light, try moving closer to the windows (but still no direct sun), this was a game changer for me and now they rebloom every year (if you have to, use a shear curtain to soften the harsh direct light). I love your tours, btw, you have a great designer's eye.
I have sliding glass doors onto the patio that I can't use because I have two glass shelves up against the glass and it's like my Greenhouse so I'm sure you could put more cases up against that wonderful window of light and add to your collection
Just a suggestion your begonia maculata I would put it on the right of your bookcase closer to the Sun and the books on the left of your bookcase away from the window so to speak begonias like a lot of light.
I'm over cluttered!! I've gotta cut down on my plants but everytime I try I just think everyone is my favorite 🤣 as soon as the weather permits I take them all outside and it's perfect but being inside I can't get to them all to properly take care of them.... although they do fine I know they'd do much better if I could care for them better! I'VE GOT TO CUT MY COLLECTION DOWN A NOTCH OR FIVE LOL
Oh wow!!! I’m so jealous - your home is amazing!!! Your plants are thriving! I’ve just decided to bite the bullet and post a planty video even though I don’t have as many as you - it’s just obsessionnnn!!
Are you sure you're overwatering and not underwatering your Hoya Australis Lisa? I find that it needs to stay moist and drops lots of leaves if I let it stay too dry. If I keep it at lest slightly moist, it grows like a BEAST even through the dark gloomy Berlin winter!
Advice: Hoya HATE having their roots messed with. Limit transplanting them. They like tight pots. F. Audrey need sun. Lots of it. As much as your rubber trees. Love the spotted begonias. They are on my wish list. You place is just beautiful. That organic shaped mirror is to die for.
' I wonder if your anthurium plants that you have planted in Moss if you added the soil moist crystals to a potting mix if that would help keep it from drying out. These crystals the brand name I buy is called soil moist absorbs 50 times their weight in water. There are polymer and when they're completely swollen with water they look like little chunks of clear jello. I always add it to my potting mix as long as I have it on hand and it gives you an extra day or so especially in the summer with bright sunshine in the wind blowing so you don't have to water every day. I just bought maybe a half gallon jug of it for around 20 some dollars but you use just a tiny bit and it last in the soil for a couple of years. I think it also helps from overwatering because it keeps the soil from getting soggy because it sucks up the extra moisture. I love Coleus and make lots of cuttings in the spring and I propagate them in water. When I transfer them to soil with the soil moist crystals and they take off like a rocket! Coleus don't like to dry out so the crystals give them the kind of environment in the soil that they love. I also use it when I plant anything in my garden ground. It sucks up the extra water from the rain and holds it for when the plant roots need more water.
There is a great lady in Florida that has a channel and it's called Maria's Garden. She raises all her own succulents and desert roses. I believe should get some of her seed and her hybrid special desert roses from Thailand. They are absolutely amazing! She is full of life and does so many demonstrations about soil and how to take care of them and other succulents you never know what you're going to watch whenever you watch your Channel. Also I believe at least in the past she has had her telephone number there and on Fridays you can call and ask her questions.
Amazing collection! I’m so envious. 😍. I can’t believe that you have all those plants just in your bedroom. What’s your secret for keeping them so healthy and pest free? 👂👂
They are beautiful especially the one that are unusual plants that you don't see often. I enjoying watching all your plants. I have questions is rubber plant prefer in direct sun? I have 3 and don't have space near in the window because I put my orchids so I put one farther in the window not fully direct in the sun! Hope will it thrive. Thanks your time.

I actually thought the 4th plant was Title Text Here for a second. Time for bed while listing to the tour =)
Clutter. It's way too easy to absolutely go crazy with indoor plants I think you hit a perfect balance right here.
Absolutely, I want to add more houseplants but there’s a point where it’s not as enjoyable if my place feels cluttered. 😬
I agree! Just enough but I think he’s gonna get more in😀
Agree. So many plantie tubers have so many I am left asking how they can enjoy them if you can't even see most of them?
@@CrazyPlantGuy yes agreed 100%
I love that you're honest about the plants that aren't doing well or the ones you forgot the names of. Very realistic and relatable! Haha
it's mesmerizing how perfect every leaf on your succulents look
Plants aside- that mirror is everything!
Right?? Omfg I want it lol
Once upon a time I had a big plant collection. But after many moves and 'helpful' children only a few made it. I just ordered my first new plants in probably 12 years and I'm so excited. I love love those greenhouse cabinets

I adore your plants esp the way you organize them. Very neat.
Wow you have lots of plants. your large tropical plants are growing really well in the greenhouse. Take care. Thank you.
I love how you showed every single plant. Most UA-camrs usually say "I'll give you a plant tour" and manage to shpw just 3 plants in 30 minuites 💀😭
Ikr 😂
The rubber tree is such a masculine looking plant, looks so nice in your room!
Hello Christian, You have a full time job, just taking care of your plants. Have a splendid week. 🌸

That's what I have on my shelves, 3 arm lights, works great!!!🌱❤🍃
Such a wonderfully relaxing setup
Great collection, I think I may get the 'greenhouse' because I decided to buy quite a few humidity loving plants but my house is dry! I would probably paint the peg board white though.
Awesome! I’d love for you to do a video on some online stores that you’d recommend in Canada!
love you and your plants 💚💚💚
I freaking Love this set up......not cluttered perfectly decorated! And I bet the air quality in there is breathtaking 😉😅

Your home is beautiful. Plants decor. Love it.
Enjoyed Christian!!! Excited for your plant goals to be achieved. Could u film a wish plant video? Curious what plants caught your eye!
Ohh ! I, love all your collections ,😘👍
Omg the Echevaria von Nurnberg was my first echevaria as well!! I love this plant!! It lost a leaf yesterday so I'm trying to propagate it!!!
They’re the best and easy to propagate 😁
First time seeing your greenhouse. Nice collection! Ive been adding to my collection from a box store ( only access i have for plants) but no labels so seeing your labeling helps a lot.

Eek! I'm so excited. Love your tours. You inspired me to get white pots. I changed my username, trying to get brave enough to upload my own tour
Just do it! Just started my channel as well and I’m loving the journey.

Awesome!!! I picked myself up a ant plant from a local plant store!!! They are apparently pretty rare plants!! Love your content!!
When he said “crazy” I laughed out loud. Love the set up.
Found a new hoya, Hoya Danang Vietnam, ❤️ its leaves and has added it to my wishlist.😊
Wow beautiful
that mirror is sick
Are you sure you're overwatering and not underwatering your Hoya Australis Lisa? I find that it needs to stay moist and drops lots of leaves if I let it stay too dry. If I keep it at lest slightly moist, it grows like a BEAST even through the dark gloomy Berlin winter!
Love your jade satin!

Try placing the Triangularis in direct sun. It would also need more water if you do. I have mine in a south window and finally getting new leaves.
Caught me so off guard with the "gigas aka big ass" that I laughed & choked on my morning coffee 😂🤣
