It is not the "Political System" that is on trial, it is our "legal system". Lawyers take an Oath. If they refuse to live up to those simple few sentences, do they think we're stupid enough to believe anything else that follows? Help us out here Alan.

Hey Dersh, why would the judge go to the trouble of issuing that official letter without vetting the authenticity of that FB post?

    • @DinoStamidis
      @DinoStamidis 4 місяці тому

From my understanding, the Supreme Court notified the Judge of it first. I’m not sure if they vetted it. That’s a good question you ask nevertheless.

  • @frankbeeler5819

It wasn't testimony that brought in the verdict. It was first and foremost the " judge ", second was the prosecutor, and third the jury. The " judge " allowed the prosecutor to bring in fictitious crimes, then blessed the jurors in their will to convict. They could have introduced the case and sent the jury straight out to seal the deal without ANY testimony.

  • @drlobomalo

@@knightwatchman this is exactly what happened to me. They brought nothing to the table but their own biases. Yes, I’m biased like every other human being but recognized it and allowed me to apply the law to the circumstances. The things I heard come out of their mouths had nothing to do with the case. Things like “I don’t like cops, one gave me a hard time”. The justice system might be the most screwed up of all 3 branches.

I got called to come in for jury selection in my county. Our county selects 100 people at a time and does jury selection in bulk for several cases. Two of the cases were for possession of marijuana. This occurred a few months before our state legalized medical marijuana and were in talks of recreational marijuana. I remember thinking this was stupid. But the funny part was one question asked of the pool of 100 potential jurors was anyone convicted of any marijuana charges. At least 12 people from the jury pool raised their hands lol. What a shit show and waste of time.

If the cost accounting category used had been "reimbursement for NDA expense" instead of "legal expense" would that have been correct and not falsification?
How is the category "legal expense" fraudulent? Tax fraud?

We stayed in the Edison Hotel on the corner of 47th and Broadway for several nights around our wedding anniversary on February 20 2017 which was a month after Trump was inaugurated. Times Square all the way to Central Park was filled with protestors against Trump. Their language was so filthy that it ruined our time for a couple that was born in 1943 and 1948. I can see that Manhattan has enough hatred for Trump to do what they did. I visit Germany quite often and speak the language fluently. Germany has the same hatred for Trump as New York. I was fortunate enough to be born in Texas in 1943. Had I been born in Germany I would have been part of the "Final Solution". I never thought such a hatred would ever come about in our country. I don't particularly care for a lot of things that trump has said, but I think we had four darn good years under Trump. I have been in much civil litigation in my business. And I always thought we had a good legal system. But it went to hell in the past 3 years. I have fears of what else is going to happen with the lawfare while we have wars going on that are as serious as WWII.

    Alan,
This story about a Juror that has been "compromised" in the TRUMP trial is all a rouse.
Its likely that the Judge planted this story for several reasons.
1: This story will shift the blame of the SHAM-trial from the Judge to the jury.
2: This will allow the judge to declare a mis-trial and tie up TRUMP for another 4-5 weeks just before the election, and cost TRUMP even more money.
3: This will allow the judge to provide the illusion that the whole system is fair and balanced.
4: This will give the case further outrage, and cause a jury pool to be even harder to find.
    Total BS!

If a mistrial this judge won't hear the next round. If they even choose to. This judge knew he crossed the lines and NOW he's thinking he don't wanna ruin his whole future career by being sanctioned or even disbarred when appeal reverse the cease. This is way out of weeding his own self from the fall out

@@kaydeedid as crazy as all that sounds I have to agree. Everything is crazy in this trial, so why wouldn’t everything else be. I think when he saw the backlash of legal minds , some liberal, saying he was not fair he got scared. He may not have been behind the post, but I agree that once he found out about it, he saw a way out. Because this man honestly could be in serious trouble the way he ran that courtroom. It will take a long time, but he could have some serious career ending repercussions from this. But I’m sure CNN will give him a job if he does, and pay him millions of dollars.

Not until it's been thru 2 different appeals courts in New York state. Supreme Court is only allowed to hear cases in appeal that still haven't got resolved thru state appellate courts. There's talks of some special exception to the rule where they stepped in on the gore/Bush election to help resolve who won that election. Some attorneys think they may be able to get that exception in this case. Would be great but it's a long shot

I remember the OJ Simpson case with their verdict. Before the announcement, I thought that if he was acquitted, I'd be disappointed but also if he was found guilty, I'd be disappointed. I realized that as a observer of the trial on TV, we saw many things that the jury did not see. So based on what I saw, I thought he should have been found guilty, but based on what the jury saw, he should have been acquitted.
I don't remember after all these years the part that the lab tried to make the evidence more convincing by placing more blood on to an item. With that knowledge either an acquittal or a mistrial.
