Before this ever got to trial evidence was presented in front of a Grand Jury to decide if charges should even be brought. And that was after the evidence was gathered up which took months and months. The judge did not all by himself decide I am going to put Donald on trial.

Article 3 courts have House impeachment and Senate trial for removal. This judge is a State appointed or elected judge. I imagine there is a remedy at the state level with a commission of judges, but they're all buddy buddy 🤷♂️

I have never heard of such outrageous behavior by a criminal court judge in modern times. Apart from the bias, which I've monitored over the trial, the man seems mentally and emotionally unbalanced and shouldn't be in such a position. He should face disciplinary action and there should be an investigation of the whole NY judicial system.
